If you are looking for the MORE detailed trail information from Sckynige Platte to First you have reached the Exact Spot !
The mountain hike from Schynige Platte to First ( or vice versa ) must be done once in a lifetime for sure !
So for the more trained you can do it in both directions while for those less it is advisable to make the journey from First to Schynige.
In my video, which is more a sequence of just over 200 photos in motion and a concentrate of the focal points of this trail from Schynige taking the train from Wilderswil

and covering all the route in about 5 hours to get the last cableway from First to Grindelwald

to then take the train back to Wilderswil where I had parked the car.

First video i find that actually shows the whole path, someone told me this was his favorite memory of a walk in Swiss. He lives there (we met him in Sigriswil). Starting to see why. It doesn't seem to hard (ofc challenging, but hardergrat seems much more dangerous and hard), so this his very high on my list.

Thank you @Matti6950 for the information about the "Hardergrat" trail. One never stops learning! Certainly, from what I have found on the web, this trail should be definitely less difficult and absolutely less dangerous. I am glad that you appreciate the fact that I have provided an almost complete view of this trail, which for me remains one of the most beautiful and iconic of the entire Switzerland.

@@GiorgioCanepaMBGBtw already went to Schynige Platte, beautifull spot, the spiky rocks, grass and trees have a combination that is unique imo in Swiss, other mountain hills just are different. Seeing both lakes AND the complete hardergrat top is nice as well :D Also went to first, but that became cloudy sadly and time ran out otherwise Bachalpsee was done too. Saw Oechinensee also. Basically 14 days were absolutely jam packed of stuff to do (i want to travel efficient). I thought i would be 'done' with Swiss, but it's to lovely so i'm starting to plan new things, your trail is really part of it. I had Axalp in mind too with the nice plateau you can stand on and look below, but the Faulhorn in your vid surprised me, really nice view (not much is blocked by other peaks wich is usually the case).

@@Matti6950 I'm very pleased to hear that my video has inspired you. Indeed, Switzerland is undoubtedly a top destination for these types of trails where it feels like you're always in Heidi's world. Another exceptional place I can recommend, and I think you might like it given that you enjoyed this one, is Santis and everything around it. I'll leave you with these videos where I made the journey from Outer Appenzell towards the inner part, all along the Santis range. It's a true paradise that I haven't finished exploring yet.
