Hey Chris I ordered a hatch got the vin and dealer said it is in transit . I’m in nyc do you know about how long it takes to get from the factory in Indiana to the dealer here in ny ? (Average time )

It takes 2-3 weeks to ship cars. With NYC being a sh/t hole, probably expect 4-5 weeks

Chris, is there a way to program the tailgate height to be lower than the max height every time you open the hatch? My garage door (when open) is touching the hatch when it’s opened all the way…

Your video’s are amazing. The manuals are hideous. I bought 2023 civic sedan ex. With using back up camera, the lines displayed are so close, I would hit a car behind me if I went by the lines. Question….is there a way of adjusting the lines before I plow into someone

Hi, I just got a 2024 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring. Is the Driver Information Interface Screen the same for my vehicle or is it just 2022. I am embarrassed to say I am a 76 year old female and not very techie. I am hoping that these tips will help me. However if the Info interface is different between vehicle years I might not get the info I need. Right now I am thinking I made a big mistake buying this vehicle. Even locking the doors and hatch was a learning curve. OMG, I just found out there are more women than me asking questions. How Good is that. Thanks for listening.

I have two videos that may be able to assist you even though they're for the 2024 Honda Civic Touring Sedan. They are similar equipped. Just one is a sedan, while the other is a hatchback. I have a walk-around video sharing all the standard features and functions. The second video will be for the vehicle settings showing where and how to change many settings.

Just bought a 2024 Honda civic hatchback sport. Whenever I press the trunk remote on the key fob, it doesn’t open. Anybody know why?

@Andrew-ug5ke yes because it's not a powered trunk. The button is to unlock the hatch/trunk only while keeping the doors locked.

You don’t need to turn your car off and back on to turn the headlights off. You literally just switch the lil knob to off. Also took me a year to find this out, if you don’t press the brake and double press the start button; you turn just the battery on without starting the engine.

Yes with the newer models now you can just turn the lights to off while the vehicle is in park. The light will come back on once the vehicle is out of park. American Honda has changed things up on the newer models compared to the older year models. Thank you for watching

can you disable the DRLs and the Keyless Entry like in my Charger's uconnect?

You may turn off the DRLs when parked, but not while driving. You may also change the setting for the keyless entry. Thank you for watching

It just unlocks the hatch while keeping the other doors locked.

I have a 24 sport and want to see if there’s a way to have the parking brake set automatically when I shut off the car. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. What’s the trick?

The only way I think that it may do it is if you use your brake hold features. It pretty much holds onto brake when you are completely stop and then only releases when you apply onto the gas peddle. So when you unbuckle while the Brake Hold is enable, it automatically engage your parking brake or E-Brake. Other then that I haven't seen a setting to adjust for this situation.
