Great review! Good to see car reviewers actually pushing the car hard and not just taking it for a leisurely drive. I have a 2022 RS5 Sportback as well (in Nardo Grey) and it's so much fun to drive, but safe feeling as well.
In the past(around 2005-2006) Audi had a very sporty b7 RS4 quattro 4-door saloon/sedan powered by a v8 engine but it later changed it to an avante/estate model leaving me sad. This rs5 looks promising with a similar 400hp power output in the saloon/sedan form factor...
Wicked car Charlie! I'm sure you enjoyed this one. I think you quoted the price for the S5 though. The RS5 starts at 121 million won in Korea. Much more expensive.
I don't know if the kia k5 looks alot like this car, or visa versa. But they both look quite similar in many ways. At least for 29.000 you get a panoramic sunroof, and blind spot monitoring, and wireless Android auto, Apple carplay...and every car reviewer, always DINGS the Korean cars for having a plastic backing on the front seats, this car had solid back plastic too, so guess that's another PLUS!
No matter how the reviewer try to make it look like the car rear seating is somewhat roomy to accommodate tall people, it does not. It has a coupe sedan design. You can tell pretty much he had some difficulty to keep his head upright, and the need to tilt his head slightly. It's a sports sedan designed for the driver in general, and definitely not meant to accommodate passengers like you would see in family oriented sedans or minivans. Nothing wrong with that, it's a sports coupe anyway...
Hi Charlie, I like this car very much but unfortunately the starting price here in Germany is $ 92k and if you buy it with all the nice goodies where the car needs the price go up to $ 128k, to much for me.
Every car should have lights like this, it can hold breaks as any other vehicle and Xiaomi in a car is what they must have. When it became so easy to switch gears? Lowering it and deploying a spoiler anytime is very useful.
In terms of reliability , Audi is much better than Mercedes and BMW. Very well built cars , still lags behind Lexus though. Genesis is rivaling Lexus in that department.
Not according to the of surveys I saw. BMW is highest, followed by Merc and then Audi is really low (but Range Rover even lower). Obviously Genesis and Lexus are ahead of the other luxury brands though.
RS isn't for "racing sport" like the uninformed presenter says. Audi is German so RS actually stands for RennSport which translated to English, is racing sport. Also, the CF parts on the outside is optional equipment, if you don't opt for the CF package, it's just standard black.
