The first 3, I kept getting distracted from my Grandkids, therefore tonight I was able to watch & listen to you talk thru all three books. How do know which book to look in if you are for something in the past.. not sure when it happened Eg, I was looking back through my journals, to see when my stomach pain started, I thought it was March 2016 as I finally found the REAL cause in October 2016 and had my Gall bladder out in January 2017. After reading all my past journals the pain started in 2014.
