Man what a pleasure and blessing that I got to ceramic coat this AMAZING 2022 Cadillac Escalade that has about 220 total miles on it. The paint was near flawless so it just took me one step to correct it with a Rupes yellow polishing pad along with Chemical Guys P4 polish. I did 2 coats of Glidecoat Auto 9H and that ceramic is top notch as always and had the car shining like a diamond.

So customers having to order, and with all the manufacturers delivering just in time vehicles, they are arriving to the customer with paint jobs that are just a few weeks old. How long should owners wait to prep, color correct, polish and ceramic coat a new vehicle?

I have corrected and and coated on delivery day. Paint is fully cured with all of the autos I’ve worked with.

What is the cost for someone to put this on?

It depends on how much paint correction is needed before the coating. I believe this was a $1300 coating which is pretty low for an SUV this size but being new and paint was just needing a polish. Thanks for watching the video👍

@@CryerMobileDetailing Thanks for the reply. I was just looking at a new Escalade and instead of a market adjustment to the price, they had added an additional $5,000 to the MSRP for ceramic coating. I'm not familiar with this process and blown away by this addition

@@bodeans59 that’s insane! It’s definitely a markup because that is way over priced for a ceramic coating. Good luck getting your Escalade it’s an amazing SUV!
