Great lifting! Have you tried hanging for your shoulder? Use straps and hang for 2+ min every training session. It fixed my shoulder pain rather quickly. Rotator cuff exercise are overrated for shoulder rehab imo, good for prehab though

Guys, shooting in 2.35:1 is fine, but uploading it in 16:9 is sub-optimal. People with ultrawide displays get a massive waste of space and PiP users are stuck with useless black bars too.
