Wow!!!!!! I'm Totally Serious About Genesis / Hyundai Right Now. Also I'm Totally Love This Sedan & I Love The Paint Job On This Vehicle As Well. But This Is The Car I Would Definitely Drive After I Done The Driver's Test As My Second Car On 2/25/2022. But Nice Review Bro.
Agreed the back seats are not the most spacious. I don't have kids so the back seat doesn't matter to me. Just the wife in the passenger seat lol. She bought a GV70 as well and that car is amazing as well. Genesis killing it the last few years. My dealership bumped up my bumper to bumper warranty and lowered my monthly payment somehow. It feels good knowing I'm covered on repairs for a long time. 😊
I so hope Genesis will come to the Netherlands, Europe this or next year. In 1,5 years I can order my new leasecar. I sincerely want this G70 to be the successor of my Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce.
Well they are available in Germany since September so you should be able to buy and import the car. I'm personally waiting for some used models here in Germany but there aren't any available yet
Fabulous car. Can't underestimate the value; in Canada it's 20 thousand (!) cheaper than a comparably equipped model, going from loaded to loaded for example. The fact that it steers better is a cherry on the top.
Great review, surprised you compared this to a C Class and 3 Series but not the A4, considering most reviews actually mentioned this compares mostly to an Audi given the combination and balance of dynamics and comfort. You also mentioned the IS 350 was close to 60k but that was pretty much maxed out with options whereas this $50k G70 you tested is pretty much base model v6. So prices are probably identical, but the lexus lacks the power and thrill and modern feel this brings.
Sorry you're mistaken here. A top loaded G70 is 50k i just bought one. 2023 g70 3.3t worh the sport prestige package. The g70 doesn't even come close to 60k not sure what you were comparing.
@@LegendsPizzaCo Pay attention to the when I posted. The landscape has changed from what it was a year ago when I commented. Just speaking facts my friend. It doesn't matter what you paid. MSRP and Incentives are night and day from what they were a year ago. AWD variant is another thing, too many factors so you must be misled. Regardless, my comment was directed to what was said in the video, don't take it personally lol.
And not all the beakes are red. For some reason the Hallasan Green whidh is the color i boufht has the nice matte grey brembos. At first i wanted the red brakes but i have grown to love the gray brembos. Also the sport prestige without awd still has the heated steering wheel. Great review love it
The manual and my service advisor says you can use 87 octane, and does not require premium unleaded on the 3.3l as it has adjustable on the fly timing.
@Thomas B my bad I see where it says that but if you read just below, where it says using gas that is lower than octane 91 could result in loss of engine power and increase fuel consumption…personally I wouldn’t want to do that to my car but to each his/her own.
This all day over A4. You get the 3.3L twin turbo V6 for same price as Audi’s 2.0L 4 cylinder. Also, cannot beat Genesis’s warranty. It’s way better than Audi’s
The tech isn’t up to date imo especially with no 360 camera:( I wished they had full digital gauge and to redo the seats it screams cheap! I would rather get a Volvo S60 or Lexus IS
@@agentweez it’s really nice just wished the reverse lights wasn’t in the bumper looks ugly and I hate the half digital gauge hopefully they will refresh interior for 2023 and maybe electric
@@AAhmad3449 nope, I have 2023 model and still the same but I’m not bothered by it. Btw I have sport prestige model and interior as well as lsd, electronic dampers, Brembo brakes, 360 degree cameras, etc are so nice and modern compared to Lexus IS!
