Definitely not, this exhaust lacks tone. It's just loud. Apexi, 27 Won, MBRP and MAP sound way better than this.

The system was $850 and I don’t think a catback will void the warranty! (I mean I don’t think it should but you never know with dealerships)

I don’t remember the exact number, but it came with every gasket we needed

Not at all! If you’re going 70+ just cruising you can’t even hear it! Even driving slow around town, you don’t really notice it until you stomp on the gas

I only notice drone at 4k rpm when coasting. The pops and crackles going slow are a little much.
