Any theories as to why it randomly just doesn’t work? I can use bluetooth to get content playing, but CarPlay just keeps trying to connect. Once it starts doing this, it’s toast until you turn the car off for an hour or so and the stupid things stops trying to connect. Then, it works again. Maddening. It would be good to know what is causing the hiccup so that maybe I can actually fix rather than not have it. And yes commenting community, when you get a new car, it’s nice to have key features work like they’re supposed to.
For the Hyundai Tuscon 2022 with 10.25“ Display gives no CarPlay with wireless function. The support say, that only from the smaller displays. I can don’t understand this.
Wife just had her 2022 delivered. Don’t like that the limited with all the bells and whistles requires a wire…that charges the phone…with an onboard wireless charger. What’s the point of the wireless if she’s going to have to plug it in everyday to use Apple car play? Deceiving. Big miss Hyundai.
@@PuenteHillsHyundai so with wired connection, will my Waze app override the Hyundai navigation system? If I'm not using CarPlay, can I still connect my phone using bluetooth for calls, spotify, etc?
Mine keeps turning off and giving an error. Really irritating when trying to navigate. A quick google seems to show other people having the same problem with this car. Doesnt seem to work with the cable either.
Yeah, great, only if another phone is connected it won’t reconnect to mine even when they other is miles away. Doesn’t seem to believe mine exists anymore. And the user manual is a piece of crap.
Have you tried removing the user completely and resetting to factory defaults? I have the same issue on my Tesla with my phone and my wife's phone. Very annoying. If you can't figure it out on your own I am sure one of the certified technicians at a Hyundai dealership can quickly diagnose the problem. Best of luck.
