I bought the 2022 IPAD mini 6, and I love it!
The ipad mini is the perfect addition to my apple collection and workflow!
It features 5G, touch ID, Upgraded USB-C port , upgraded camera, and apples A15 chip.
As a realtor its convenient to have a device to that I can easily use anywhere, it's the perfect size.

All of the current iPad line-up that Apple is selling has the center stage and 12MP front facing camera. Even the $329 iPad except the processors of course.

It was super cool seeing a video where this devise is going to be used in Real Estate applicaitons! My wife and I are agents in GA and I will be using mine to Show Houeses as well and keeping up with client docs.

Another great upload and straight to the point! 👍🏽 Are you going to get a screen protector for it, even though you mentioned you would be using it mostly with the Apple Pencil? (If I were to buy the iPad Mini 6, I'd go for the Space Grey finish)
