I have a 2023 GC Limited and it’s great. If you go into the vehicle settings you have an option of changing your steering wheel to Normal, sport, comfort. Love the comfort mode. Super smooth.
In your comments you mentioned that the tow hitch was behind the plastic panel on the rear bumper. There is no tow hitch provided with this vehicle - only the tow prep package. The purchaser must spend additional dollars to install a hitch receiver and a wiring harness after purchasing the vehicle.
Do you know if there is a noticeable difference in the rear wheel drive bs the 4 wheel drive on the limiteds? Talking about normal driving no off roading lol
The best thing about the Limited (at least the prior version) is you can option it up close to the Overland without getting the complex/problematic air suspension, which is great if you keep your vehicles beyond the warranty.
I agree. I don't buy new cars as I prefer to let someone else take the hit on depreciation and I have had nothing but trouble with air suspension on Range Rovers and Mercedes so steer well clear of it. The fact that there are aftermarket kits to replace air suspension with springs should be enough of a hint that these systems are crap
One minor but important gripe IMO is that there’s no button to put the rear seats up and down from the trunk. Is it a deal breaker? No… but once youre used to certain convenience features you dont want to go without them.
I took several test drives of this car, other than the high revving ,which you can quickly learn how to moderate, I thought the way this car drives is superb. Plenty of smooth power and acceleration, very quiet, good visibility, and a refined, quiet ride. Its agility and nimbleness far exceeded my expectations. You imo described it perfectly when you said it was an impressive automobile.
There is NO trailer hitch.(2022/2023) It's not available on Limited. There is a "prep" package, but the hitch is not included, not available from factory. It will cost you $1500 to $2000 additional at dealer to add hitch and wiring harness.
$44k + no 4x4??..a 4x2 only..weak person wearing Rolex + Armani suit no thanks..better off as a strong person Walmart clothing..no V8 no 4x4 u call this a "JEEP"??..loaded lots options but missing the priorty engine+ drivetrain. WTF title is accurate
Nice car, but it needs a new engine. Combustion engines in the current lineup are from an era long gone. Also, I admire your excitement during acceleration, but 7.5s to 60mph is barely adequate. It's definitely a luxury car, it's also a very gas inefficient and slow.
Is their more drivers leg and head room than 2018 GC ? I bought 2018 new but I'm 6'10 300lbs and struggle w leg room and my pedals don't adjust so I get leg cramps driving and been wanting to trade for 5th gen GC but afraid cause of leg room .
