Best car review channel in the Philippines. No sleazy or jokes done in poor taste. No pointless information shared. Clearly unbiased. Concise and direct yet fun. Great review.
sitting on a SOFA, feeling like a KING...feels so GOOD - this is just one of the reasons why i totally adore this channel. Caco Tirona is funny, witty and like one comment posted here, "Best car review channel in the Philippines. No sleazy or jokes done in poor taste. No pointless information shared." this is what sets this car review channel miles ahead of the rest. keep up the awesome work, guys!
17:37 It's bits like these that make me wanna recommend your videos to others, your best one yet hahaha😂 Hope to see more videos like this in the future! Keep up the good work💪🏻😆
this channel is my go to guy for car reviews, specially Caco whos just so natural. Other reviewers like philkotse, not so much, sometimes tries hard in cracking humor
Price is also close to hiace super gradia elite. Also a diesel. Seats 10. Has 4 captain seats (2 w/o leg rest). However, it has some cons as well like single zone climate only. Seats aren't heated and/or cooled. Etc2x. I think that this kia is better for senior citizens since it's lower. The hiace on the other hand, is a struggle for old people because they need to climb inside. Btw, the drive thru thing is real. I had that same issue when our hiace was still new. Eventually, you'll get used to it. You just have to be familiar with the length of your vehicle. Anyway, the front sensors has the front covered. Haha
For “family” cars that you review, would it be also possible to include baby/kid carseats info? Like for this one, does it have isofix provision in the 2nd and 3rd rows? For other cars with 2-3-2 configurations, would it be possible to have 2 carseats in the 2nd row and still have enough space in middle? etc… aside from that, big fan of this channel. Thank you!
@@janschezant4747 i dont get the “you know” reference, but yeah i got 2 kids that i want to sit in the 2nd row (for 2-3-2 config), each with their own carseat, and stil have space for another person in the middle. For 2-2-3 like this, im ok with 3rd row since it has enough cabin space to not let my kids feel claustrophobic. thanks
I think this is more comparable to the SG Elite as compared to the Alphard. If you don't need the 10 seats of the Elite, I think the Carnival would be a better pick. Especially now that SG Elite prices are very inflated by dealers and resellers.
Wow I never knew that Kia has a high-end vehicle. Love this, but over a 3 million worth of SUVs/ Minivans , the most practical one for me is the Toyota Prado over this Carnival, CX-9, Explorer and etc. Since the Prado is a "full-sized" SUV. It is more spacious , wider compartment ,more powerful engine and most importantly it can be also used in off -roads.
When you got used to driving assist technology then you have to drive a car with no or little driving assist tech 😁 Its cool to have that tech but hopefully many people will still develop their driving skills and not be dependent on the driving assist tech. Im not against the tech because it really helps the driver. Great review as always keep it up 🤙💯
Tbh the price should feel worth it ... only if Kia PH didn't scrapped the digital instrument cluster, 360° camera, bigger infotainment system & adaptive cruise control(assuming it doesn't have since Caco never mentioned one). If it had those then yes, this definitely will feel like a sub-3M peso vehicle. But until then, this SX variant might have been better off with a more or less P2.5M pricetag IMHO.
In Indonesia, it feels like mid trim, but in the mid trim in here just available in 8 seater and 7 seater just available in top trim (in the top trim u got full spec like full digital instrument cluster, 360 cam, 10 inch infotainment system, premium speakers, safety senses and of course u got adaptive cruise control with low speed follow)
11:12 I really thought you guys were just acting. Then we got our own Kia Carnival, and it made me feel stupid not being able to maneuver it on tight drive thru and parking spaces as fast I do on an SUV. Finding parking in malls is a challenge also, you better not park beside another wide vehicle. The Carnival is low and looks small, but it's wider and longer than most SUVs.
This is the perfect vehicle for the pure tarmac or city slicker family with money to spare, really. Unless you have relatives to occasionally visit in barrios with very muddy/tricky roads, you won't need the 4x4 system on SUVs if you're just gonna drive 90% in the city or in the highway. Also, background music in the drive thru part is from Kerbal Space Program game.
Simple, if wanna a Van u can go with Carnival and if u wanna an SUV and u need AWD system u can go with Palisade (In my country Indonesia, AWD only available in the top trim of Hyundai - Kia line up and just available in Sportage, Santa Fe, Sorento, and Palisade, for Carnival just available in FWD eventhough for the top trim).
11:55 - And the Oscar goes to.... 👀 unsolicited tip: try to find and actual tight drive through next time 🤷♂️ Just yanking your chain 😅 Great review, boys 🔥
Hey sir Caco I'm a fan of your Autodeal channel.. I love how u review cars and I also love cars in general especially small city cars coz of their charm. I would like u to review the new Suzuki Celerio 2022. It's a beuty!
I've just watched another review on the 2022 Kia Carnival 7 seater, and it featured a V6 engine, and had the electronic dash of a Speedo/Tacho, and either side disappearing to be replaced with the side view camera when making a turn. No Panoramic roof, but twin motorised Sunroofs, and the seating came in two tone leather. Perhaps this variant is not released in the Philippines...
The only lack of features are 360 cameras and need wider entertainment screen. That's it! Awaiting this 7 seaters grand carnival entering Indonesian market soon.
That every wheel has/is a diskbrake (-That-Bites-Like-A-Dinosaur-) hehehe,.Hope I can here this one from him more on your future upload reviews O and by the way,. Speaking of this KIA'S FIRST! G-U-V Yeah,.Abit of a downer is the lower signal lights! When in a full stop at lalong lalo na kung mejo malapit kana din sa kotse,,.. Hindi mo mapapansin if the driver is neither going to the left or from the right. And you can only notice it from a far distance And for #3 it for a big car,.This really needs a 360° camera for a hassle free parking as well as manuvering,,..In tight spaces just like a cramped or when going inside a tiny drive through of a fast food chain 😉
I believe Caco exaggerate his thing in the drive thru... C'mon men, you're an experienced driver probably longer than I am... We don't need the "whole world" camera for the car... Its for the newbies and those who pay 5k pesos for their drivers license... 🤣🤣🤣
Kia needs to refresh this Kia Carnival add more features and rework the dash. Replace the analog gauges with an LCD and they need to fit a bigger touchscreen. This Carnival looks like a mid variant to compared to the similarly priced Staria.
Virtually everyone that has reviewed this car hates the piano plastic. Yet why did the manufacturer continues to put it in cars? Someone please explain it to me.
No contest. This Kia Carnival is SO much better. It's also much more powerful, more luxurious and practical, and definitely much, much more reliable than that haima.
@@lolpartyparrot bruh, In my country (Indonesia) the engine got more power, eventhough it still 2.2 but has the same output power as Palisade u can got 202 HP and 441 Nm. And I think, it's a choice if u wanna a proper 3 rows car but u can drive by yourself (because in Indonesian if u have an Alphard or Vellfire commonly they afford a chauffeur)
As for me, its a great vehicle with a lot features. but I cant afford it. lol. i wish i could. With its price, you can already buy 1 Okavango + 1 Coolray. Hmmmmm.....
@@lolpartyparrot Speaking of competition I sure hope too that that the hybrid facelifted Ertiga that they released in India will be released here as well.
But in the new model, u got more space and if u buy a diesel variant, u got more power than previous model (In Indonesia, the Diesel variant has the same output as Palisade 202 HP and 441 nm)
