nice review, a couple of additional points that may be usefull :- 1/ You can programme in the car settings the boot to open completly hands free, the key just needs to be within a metre or so of the boot area for 4 seconds the indicators flash to show this is activating, and it will open, no spweeping of yr foot or anything. If it starts flashing and you do not wish it to opem, simply take a step back, before the 4 flashes/ beeps. 2/ You can turn the lane assist off very quickly and simple by holding in the lane assist button for 3 seconds, no need to go in to infotainment system, as you need to with most other makers.
You might also want to mention that by holding the climate/radio button for approx 5 secs or so, a pop-up screen will ask which selection will be set for default. For example, if this feature is selected to climate as default, by selecting radio the display will automatically switch back to climate, after a few seconds delay.

Car will give you push notifications if car is left unlocked. You can lock/unlock on app and see climate status, but you can't turn the heating on remotely. It also shows range/fuel level. Also you can set the navigation on app, but most people use android auto or apple carplay anyways. You can also see where the car is

I have this car and over the past 2000 miles combined city, motorway, A roads and B roads and get 50 MPG. I am a carefull driver and pay attention to the battery level and lift off the accelerator at appropriate times so it runs periodically in all electric.
My previous car was a Mercedes E Class. It was a lovely car, however, this is every bit as good and much better value for money. The Kia dealers are also much better than the Merc dealers that once you had the car, we were much less interested in listening to issues!!! I have absolutely Zero regrets selling Merc and Buying my Kia.
