2022 MITSUBISHI FUSO CANTER REVIEW,
The Fuso has been around the worksite for a long time now and now in 22 it still looks similar to the old one but has been slightly updated. The Exterior remains the same and has a GVM of 7500kg and a GCM of 11000kgs. Inside we have nice cloth and leather seat bolsters for the driver and cloth for both passengers ( this is a 3 seater). Under the Cabin is a 3.0 litre 4 Cylinder Turbo Charged Diesel Engine that produces 110kw's of power and 370 nm's of torque and that's mated to a 6 speed Duonic transmission. Driving the Fuso feels planted on the road and if you feed the 6 speed Duonic gearbox the right way it is a Rocketship.

Why is the RPM changing so much when you're idling? A/C compressor kicking on? Interesting truck.

Hi Corkoth55, Thanks for watching I do appreciate it and it helps the channel 👍. Yes when the a/c is on the rpm idle goes up and down. Not sure why. Thankyou it was interesting and these trucks are very easy to drive amd manuver around the place. Thanks again.

Nice company car with many buts. 1. irritating is the automatic version with auto exit when you are waiting at the traffic light, the machine has to prepare completely for driving from restart to driving and takes many seconds, this can be switched off, but when restarted, you have to reactivate it. boxes that are too small. A crappy audio sound, this really can't be seen this time. The air-suspended driver's seat is not the quality and adjustable as with a truck. No heated mirrors. still does not spring as it should, Mitsubishi does not seem to master this. the steering wheel is too flat in the car. fragile little switches for window controls. in short, it doesn't feel European.

Hi Bert d.j, Thanks for the comment I do appreciate it. Yes the auto is not the greatest in these as when I was driving it around it seems to start in 2nd. When changing gears in the auto/tiptronic mode it doesn't feel all that smooth as it just throws you around a bit. Still it can carry heaps and doesn't look too bad

Hi. Is the gearbox reliability good? Heard some horror stories about them. I want an auto but if they are a bad box then no real point. Thanks

Hi Bren Bren, Thanks for watching I do appreciate it. I agree with you on that the older Fuso gearbox's have had some issues with them but as far as i know the newer ones seem to be alright. If not you could go manual but I know you wanted the auto.

Nice work AG the 2022 fuso looks very confusing 😂 but seats etc look good Just lots of buttons Are these MR Or HR licensed im assuming MR being a light rigid could be wrong cause of the weight tonnage

Hi Gaetano, Thanks for watching I do appreciate it and it helps the channel. Yes there is a small amount of room behind the seats and the passenger seat does recline back to the back of the cab. I am pretty sure the Antenna is on the roof of the cab. Thanks again.

I don't own one. I borrowed the one I reviewed, and I have driven a few of them years ago and I really enjoyed them for delivering garden products but I never really checked the kms they got out of them.
