just when I think that things cannot get worse with this company. I'm in the middle of Wisconsin and I have left my car running while I ran into the gas station and by the time I came out the car was completely overheated thankfully I wasn't in there a minute or two longer because my dog was in the car and smoke was coming out of the hood.
I called on a Friday at 1:30pm and they told me to call back on Monday between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. for me to get a tow!!
now you think that's the worst part is not even the beginning. they called me back the next day at 5 pm. told me I would have to pay out of pocket $485 to get it towed to nearest dealership!!! I said no way you said nation wide free road side assistance and that's what your going to do. well it sat their for a week and ended up getting towed but the city. I had to pay to get it towed back to my own damn house otherwise I would get charged $40 a day to keep it their!
now 2 weeks later it's still sitting in my drive way. I talked to 7 different towing companies and they REFUSE TO WORK WITH MITSUBISHI. Why you may ask? well apparently they do a ton of charge backs and end up not paying the towing companies money owed!!!
I mean seven!!! This company only got my business bc I loved the older Mitsubishi twin turbo generation and I was told all the good stuff about this vehicle.
the truth is it only looks good. I feel it's only fair to give me a minimum all money back, or give me a brand new vehicle.
