I'm trying to figure out where I recognize the man saying what sounds like "大変 な 事 みたい 化 も 知りません (Taihen na koto mitai ka mo shirimasen)" at 33:51. It sounds like Koyasu Takehito.
First track(N2) is afrobeat,Mimicloq is mix of trance and neurofunk, Youkai is mix of breakcore and gabber/happy hardcore,Castle of Needles, Blue Whale is a mix of d'n'b and chiptune, Hyperion is drumstep(so you call it neurofunk as well),UVB sounds as mix of tecktonik(not sure) and drill'n'bass. So yeah, it's basically d'n'b album but it's ok to say it's experimental electronic album
