How it's done? The dude takes a lot of spotlights, connects the remote control, presses 10 buttons with macros prepared by the manufacturer, presses play and goes to drink beer. It does not fall into the musical share. For the theater, for the concert is not suitable. This is more a demonstration of the capabilities of the remote control and devices than a designer. In fairness, I’ll say that the dude has taste and control of the remote control, it’s quite possible that this is just a demo and the designer can do really serious things.
It never occured to you that this club has a lighting setup unlike any other club and that the person in charge of the lighting has to make all the pre programmed stuff before hand, and plan it to the set/song.
That's not true. Even if this is a preset show, someone has to sit on a lighting desk and program every single queue. I don't think you have any idea what you're talking about.
not true while some manufacturers do have sound->light functions there would simply be no way for a show this complicated to be completely computer generated, the manufacturer wouldn’t know the rig layout, how many channels, or what kind of fixtures are being used. The person who made this spent a long time planning for it and you clearly do not respect their work
