This was grate, I have a client as a medical biller, pt slp ot I am trying to figure out a plan for him he is Cash only if its worth for him to bill insurance.

Dang, Arkansas’ numbers are low. We’ll be getting $41.28 in Kern County, CA for first unit billed of ther act in 2022. 34-something is ridiculous. How do they expect people to stay in business?

Yep. This is why I try to get therapists to understand the difference between delivering what Medicare is buying vs delivering what a self pay client is buying. Apples and oranges. Put this along with the No Surprise Act and I see a big move toward protocol based treatments for insurance beneficiaries.
