So it be! True, there is only one live. When I lost my job, sold my Macan, now back, expect to get my S in January. And one more thing to ponder, if you have put a lot of efforts in hard work, you have deserved and can be proud, even, like the most of us having only a chance getting one when older than 55. I sold Porsches for 10 years. Nine out of 10 people who bought these place model piece of crap Volkswagens, enjoy it at 55. You will be retiring at 75 versus 70 because you bought the stupid car. You should’ve bought a used Audi Q5. You would get more respect at the end of the day.

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE.....that's what my ex wife always said driving her BMW M3 Convertible. If she bought a used Z4 10 years ago instead, took the 50k she saved she wouldn't have a $200,000 balance for our daughter's college at 57 years old. Bye bye retirement!!!!!

the red interior looks classy and works with any age I like it a lot. if it was like the Toyota Red interior to me. that is too bright I would prefer darker tuned down colors.

I recently rented one for the weekend. The way it drives is amazing. But once I got past that, I found the tech disappointing. The lane keep assist didn’t pull the car back into lane, it just made an audible warning. The back up camera quality was poor. And the headlights at night were very disappointing. I found the headlights on Audi and bmw much better. But damn if the macan wasn’t the best suv I’ve driven recently

that's because that wasn't lane keep assist; what you described is lane departure warning, which is standard on the Macan. Lane keep assist, which does what you anticipated, is an available option for the Macan.

It’s a great SUV. Recently sold my ‘17 S. Debating what to get next… You need deep pockets. My last service was $3000 for new brakes/rotors, tires & 30k service. I had a few recalls with my S as well. A bit frustrating. Not a fan of the new front end, if I’m being honest. Squared front grille a bit too much. May try X3M next…

It does not have a PDK, it has the same exact transmission that you can get and a $28,000 VW golf. You’re just paying for a badge. If you were a real Baller, you would get the Porsche Cayenne. This is a nanny car.

Proof? They are not updating pcm. Android auto is on pcm 6.0 not in macan.. its a big discussion on macan forum.. my macan s is on order and porshe has said its not on it yet

Yes. Please correct! For many buyers lno pcm 6 in 2023 macan ( no android auto and otu) is a serious drawback for a suv at this price point.

That is because the car is too small. It’s the size of an Audi A4 and based on the Audi Q3 platform I am sure your golfing buddies will be very uncomfortable in the backseat as well if you paid $80,000 for this piece of garbage you deserve the $3,000 you’ll pay for brakes and tires…..which you will find are aweful right before Christmas time when it starts snowing

What is this fascination with having to have a crossover SUV? Did you ever think of ever test driving a four-door sedan like the Audi RS three? You will spend $30,000/, but unfortunately you’ll have to be seen driving an Audi not a Porsche, even though they’re both owned by Volkswagen, there is a sucker born every minute

as much as we love porsche and the quality of their vehicles. the value falls way short for this vehicle. Especially considering the average combined mpg is 21 and it takes premium fuel. Doesn't have remote start or push start. I know porsche does this to honor their heritage but there comes a time where the past has to be let go to make room for the future.

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they even want to slow down all the gas pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime. :-(!!!!

@@lundoren5240 We are adding it to the production line the end of 2022. The ICE model will be dropped in 2 years permanently. New EV Launch date 2024. Top end model approaches 700 hp. It should be able to travel up to 500 km(technically 483 km) on a single charge.

I live in NC and there are virtually no high speed charges in the Carolinas. Would love to get EV but would only be able to use it close to home. Not on road trips. Maybe in 2-3 years b

A Tesla Model Y Performance has the same exact 0-60 time as a GTS. 3.5 seconds. The GTS power doesn't diminish like an EV does and won't suffer from performance loss, depending on battery status. The GTS has power available at all bands and peaks, the Y does not. And you think a Y is going to handle like a GTS? The GTS will annihilate a Y (and most vehicles for that matter) on a track. Look man. I love EVs....I own one. But your outlandish claims will really sour someone who is a naysayer or on the fence. The Model Y is no Porsche....performance wise and build quality wise. Let's get real here.
