I have never heard that nor have I noticed any issues here. I’ve been using it for a few years now, and as you can see sometimes have birds nest on the floor directly in the cedar chips. Who knows. Hope you are doing well!

Great question. It helps pairs get back on eggs sooner and it helps the youngsters learn how to eat on their own.

@@RFRP Once a day, until my hen produced at least a dozen eggs. I’d do the same as you withe foster parent hens. Aloha🤙🏾🤙🏾!
