2022's Top Speed Cube: GAN 13 or TORNADO V3? 

Interesting that I finally have a cube that people are reviewing, so I can compare how I feel to others. I actually quite like the feeling of the Gan 13 out of the box, so I guess I like looser-feeling cubes. And the caps are definitely hard to remove! I was kind of worried I was going to break it 😅 Great video as always 😁

I bought the Tornado V3 Flagship, and it is so insane! I’ve been using it for a week and still haven’t gotten a single lockup or catch. I have even gotten a few sub-7s and even sub-6s!

There’s all these people with these expensive cubes arguing over which is the best. Then there’s me perfectly fine with my $15 one from Walmart proud that I can solve it in 45 seconds

I bought the Gan 13, and it's sooooo fast! I had to put it to the stablest tension possible!! However, at the stablest setting, (everything on 6, and center travel on 1, it feels AMAZING!)

I am a very big fan I’ve bin watching for 3 years now a I really like that you always show us your life

I main the GAN 13 UV and the Tornado V3 Pioneer, and my fastest times and averages are with the QiYi X-Man Tornado V3 Pioneer. The 13 UV is lighter, which is great for long cubing sessions as it reduces fatigue (for me, in any case). The surface is also a tad better and a bit more grippy than on the Tornado, thanks to the UV coating. And if lubed correctly, it does some great S and M slice moves - only the MoYu WR-M 2021 Maglev can do these more smoothly. And the magnets are really strong at their strongest settings, and definitely helps with aligning. But the Tornado V3 is a bit more fluent while also being more snap-in-place. Not because of stronger magnets, but I think it has to do with the increased weight somehow. It's also noticably less noisy, which can also be heard in this vid. Both cubes are great at corner cutting, unless you tighten them too much. Anyway, this is just my opinion, and each person will have a unique experience with both, and choose their winner accordingly for maybe whole other reasons than I did. And... yes, my MoYu WR-M 2021 is still being used a lot. I just love it - although there's no doubt that I do better with both the GAN 13 and Tornado V3.

i would say that it depends on people, if people comfortable with gan they'll choose gan, and vice versa.
