I had that for the past 2 years. While it is indeed comfortable in average situation, you need to be careful when wearing boots with hard soles in wet situation. I slipped once when I was trying to stand in the rain, luckily I still had the bike under control.
I went with mitas tires because they last an extremely long time I also wanted something fairly aggressive I do a lot of back Road riding last year on my 2020 CB 500 I had the mitas e09 and got 8000 km on the set
