2022 looks good . Live in Michigan but if I get one I’m bringing it to you for same lift / rims, tires. What about speedo and all the electronics? Able to recalibrate for all to work as intended from factory?
Just ordered the 23 limited crew off road . Can’t wait . I’ve owned 3 tundras so far. Have to wait till Feb ish. I love the new look but front end not so much. Twin Turbski !
Looks like a great show truck, daily driver. No plan on hauling all the time so I think this is good. If you need to pull weight all the time I'd go with the gen 3 instead.
I just got my 2023 1794 Tundra. If I put a 6" lift on it will I have to do the body chop and also, will 35" tires look great on it? What rim size will be fit?
Sick man! I’ve got a lunar rock trd on deposit for hopefully a late July delivery. Can’t wait to toss a lift, window tint and real tires on it! Enjoy the new truck!
That 0 offset looks better than the +18 offset. on a westcott video, it was mentioned that the +18 offset would poke about 1 1/2 inches. i recently purchased a set of 20x9 +18 with 35x12.50x20 grappler ridge tires. will i achieve a poke of 1.5 inches or not?
Can you please tell me the overall vehicle height with this exact setup? I have a 6’9” parking garage at work and I’m worried this’ll be too high. Referring to the 22. I just bought a ‘24 limited
I have a 2023 Tundra like showcased, but in Blueprint. I would love to get a @westcottdesigns lift kit and amber light kit w/matching fog lights, but this retired mil guy has to save up for it. Looks great! Good job, 88 Rotors!
awesome.. i own 2023 tundra 4x4 off road. will definetly be contacting you guys to do the lift kit on mine.. by chance do you have a ball park price on just the westcott lift so i know how much to save?? much thanks.

Question for 88Rotors, The White Tundra in the video, any idea what the nerf step is on that thing? Is that the Toyota Predator step or and aftermarket?
Omg I never knew about your shop . . . Is so close to la Puente . . . I’ll be giving you guys a visit soon . . . R you guys taking walking ins for estimates . . . ?
TBH I think I’d rather have a 14-21 tundra. The 22’s look pretty cool but I don’t think the reliability is there and I think the older ones feel more like a true truck
FISH Tacoma Love the new 2022s. That black grille surround makes the grille look wayyy too big, to be honest. Interesting cab mount redesign. I heard you can unbolt part of it now
88 Motors, I have a question. Wescott Designs recommends a wheel with a +18 offset but it appears on this one you are doing spacers with a 0 offset. Are there any downsides to the 0 offset with spacers because I really love the RRW wheels????
I was not happy with smaller cabin size on the new 22, that was one of the best things the Tundra was know for was the larger cabins. Also not very happy with them moving towards a turbo set up. I understand the mpg and performance, but being in the automotive world for so long and having serviced multiple turbo platforms there’s just so much other issues that arise due to the maintenance of the turbos.
good points, also don't forget the side bed height got shorter also (you're limited to what you can put height-wise in the bed if you are the type of guy who uses a tonneau cover). so basically you're paying more for less of a vehicle for those who actually keep an eye out for these things.
And to me this new design looks too much like the new Ford F-150. Unpopular opinion I’m sure. But there were So many reasons to love tundras , including how unique they used to look.
There are a few others, but Westcott was best at marketing their kit so everyone's asking for them. There are 2 companies that I've spoken to directly that make coilovers for them already and are in the final stages of R&D.
@@Parzzyval Seems that by reading the reviews that many people would rather have the 14' -21' models. Me for example is one of them and neither dumb nor old (educated and in my 40's), so to each their own. . Some people just prefer old and proven as opposed to fancy new shiny things with smaller displacement.
Great looking truck. Camera work… not so much. You don’t need so much movement - felt like I just wanted to see the truck not your pans etc. Truck is awesome tho and a great reference
