There might be many investments out there but if profit must be considered,which is the actual sole of investment, I will advice you to go into bitcoin trading because it has higher profit than most investment.

TRD Sport as well as TRD Off Road are simply packages offered on various trim levels. TRD Sport lowers the truck by about an inch and uses 20” wheels just as you mentioned, whereas TRD off-road gains about an inch and uses 18” wheels. And yes, these are offered on the SR5 trim level. Not sure about the premium part you asked about, however, that would be nice. I don’t see it happening though. Then many would not have a reason to move up to the Limited trim.
@@KameronATM I have the ""TRD Sport Premium" package going on my SR5 and in my spec sheet it says I will have the SofTex seats. Which is just synthetic leather. So I would assume the Offroad Premium package would get you the same SofTex seats for an SR5.
I still don’t like the fact the did away with the V8. Turbos are nice and all but look at the F150 when they first came out with the ecoboost. After so many miles the turbos would go out and it wasn’t covered under factory warranty or extended warranty. To replace them out of pocket was $8,500. But to each their own.
Not all turbos are equal. Some can last hundreds of thousands of miles (Cummins 12v or 24v, or the PS 7.3). So hopefully Toyota has done a good job in their selection 🤞🏼
I hope so as well. But there is a difference between gas burners and Diesels. I am a diehard Toyota fan so please don’t think I’m talking badly about Toyota.
Toyota takes their sweet time in research/ testing before introducing new models. I feel confident that this twin turbo is going to last. I personally want the hybrid version because they are the masters in hybrid technology. Not ready for an electric ford pick up.I am still enjoying my gas guzzler v8 tundra platinum 2014. But i have been waiting a loooooooooong time for this hybrid!
I’m first on my dealerships preorder list. Called today and they said they were expecting allocations to be made on the 1st of October but Toyota has not sent that down yet. They said they’re hoping they will get those allocation numbers by the 15th of October. Toyota has already said they expect the trucks to arrive on the lot by the end of the year but they need to hurry up and release those specs if they hope to meet that end of year goal. Time will tell
Great video. Your eye for detail is appreciated. What do you think of the reliability ? I personally feel that a turbo charged cannot last as long as a naturally aspirated V8 plus a lot of buyers want a V8 engine. I do not understand this push towards turbo charged engines they are not even very fuel efficient in real world conditions. Your thoughts ?
Turbos do require maintenance but this is the new trend. The feds are pushing higher CAFE rules (corporate average fuel economy) and if companies don’t comply they are fined by the EPA. Personally. I prefer a V* which the domestics do offer as well as diesel (my personal favorite.) Thanks for the kind words.
Limited will be the best bang for the buck for what you get and options. It’s the lowest trim that the hybrid is available for. Also has a lot more standard equipment than the sr5. I wanted the sr5 but with the options the one trim above Limited offers I might just fork out a few extra grand for it
Close up shots were of the TRD Pro, not the Sport pictured here. That could confuse the uninformed. I’ve been driving a Toyota truck for thirty-five years, and I just can’t get past the hideous looking front of this thing. The 2021 looks so much better, and t has basic things such as recovery hooks.

I will get what ever trim has electric passenger seat with TRD Off Road package. I no prefer non leather. I also saw there may be a factory lift kit available????

Great review and Nice truck. Now that everyone has revealed their best hand, I would buy the F150 because of the generator. All the new trucks are nice but the generator is the best option and the free advertisement Ford got from the media during the Texas snow storm is unmatched.

I like the frame and spring suspension..but not a fan of TURBOs nor the big nose looks like a bull dog aggressive but UGLY. I have a 2021 on order I want a V8 Time will tell on reliability of the v 6 turbo
Toyota finally upgraded the truck with a modern rear coil spring suspension, joining Ram. Now,they need to get rid of the antique rear leaf system used on the Tacoma. The rest of the brands using the antique leaf rear system are not worth buying. i can still remember Ford with their twin I beam front system that was a joke! 🙄
New Double Cab Tundra is trash! The cab was shrunken to the point that having a backseat is useless. No leg room and much smaller than the outgoing model. Just a sneaky way of forcing buyers into the more expensive Crew Cab models.
