One of the things that we love about Viking is it is Adults Only. For us, Viking has become one of our favorite cruise lines - both river and ocean cruises. Here is what we like about Viking Ocean ships so see what you think:

• No Casino
• No smoking
• Top of the line food
• No constant announcements about art auctions or jewelry sales
• No charge for the specialty restaurants
• No nickel and diming you like other lines
• Premium Spirits beverage package a fraction of the cost $20 per day
• Free Beer and Wine during lunch and dinner
• Waiters know your name after the first day
• Only 930 passengers on the ship
• Free shore excursions
• All staterooms have their own balconies
• Free washer and dryers (soap included) on each floor
• Unlimited free WI-FI
• Spa is free to use
I know this laid back cruising is not for everyone. If you have children, this line will not be for you but someday it probably will be. If you don’t like the mega ships, this might be for you!
