What is up with that insane amount of lag? In this day and age, that is completely unacceptable. Also, really don't like the fact that most buttons are touch sensitive and the climate control buttons aren't even lit up at night. Does seem like a good vehicle otherwise. Great video as always.
@@Ummba13 Maybe yes, but then again maybe not - could depend on what background you have, and if you have for example a dark background on CarPlay, maybe it won't reflect enough. The way I see it, a button should not depend on a screen *perhaps* providing sufficient light to be visible at night, it should just be backlit :)
Tell a non luxury car that can take five people faster without looking old in five years, look right if you drive it to a wedding or a night out, park anywhere and be comfortable. Sweetspot between economy and premium brands. Volkswagen know what they do. The iPhone of cars, not the best at any attribute, but really good at everything😂
its funny whoever designed the ambient lighting forgot to include lights for the functionality for AC etc right below the screen.... talk about INCOMPETENCY
Ok you need to start doing the ambient lighting first thing when you get in at night, so you can cycle through it properly, cause you always get interrupted by driving.
How come it doesn't appear that there is ambient footwell lighting in the R you're driving? I figured you could see some Blue lighting to match the rest of the interior ambient lighting setup, but I do not see it light up in the footwell. Was is just difficult for the video to pick up?
@japanwatchconnection The new car performs better than the old ones. That's really all that matters for a PERFORMANCE car. Not the infotainment or interior.
