I ride a 2004 Silverwing in East Tennessee. We have a scooter group that meets weekly and take rides. One of the leaders has laid out 6 day trips around Tennessee (and a little in KY) for scooters or any vehicle that travels slow (25-45MPH) All but about 3 miles are paved. Of course we also have the Dragons Tail to ride so it doesn't get much better that what we have.
My gf and I have a 23 super cub and finally have the passenger seat on. We can ride pretty comfortably at 55 but obviously no highway riding. We live in Anderson county and would love to come ride along sometime if y'all are still meeting up. I'll bet you have some beautiful rides picked out.
Loved the video. I have watched 50+ the last few weeks as I am shopping for a touring scooter. Narrowed between the SWing, Burg 650 and Burg 400. Personally I appreciate hearing the bike and nature during rides. NOT wind noise, but the biking experience. For what its worth. Thanks for the share!
I have an 05 Honda Reflex and just got it completely detailed today and am Listing it for sale so I can upgrade to the Honda Silverwing. Just looking for some more juice so I can at least cruise on the Arizona Highways.
@@adamf532 A lot of people are telling me its super heavy and hard to ride because of that. I guess Ill see what happens. Still have my reflex listed for sale and hopefully sells soon so i can upgrade.
I didn’t find it any more difficult to ride. Different and heavier for sure, but after a few hours you just get dialed into the nuances. Enjoy your Silverwing and ride safely.
I had a 2001 SW and now have a xmax 300. If they still made the SW, I would have one it was one of my favorite bikes. With that said, I love my xmax, its a great all around scooter.

Sorry, just now seeing this 😂 those bags are made by Cortech. They’re a bit pricey new (but very well made). I lucked out and found them for a steal on FB marketplace.
