If you choose to dislike the video that's completely fine, but please leave a comment as to why; otherwise taking the time to click the dislike is really a moot point and wasted effort. I'm happy to improve or make changes if requested; but the dislike button provides no feedback and therefor is a useless feature which is why the total likes/dislikes is hidden. Just FYI.
