Holy cow. @Sue Foley, you might be my favorite blues guitarist since SRV. Just amazing. The way she gets a feel for what fits each song, each moment, it's not just prepackaged riff crap. Not just a display of lightning speed...it's putting the emotion of the blues into each chord, each bridge, just freaking fantastic.
I am in the same boat as you, since SRV we have another stunning guitarist and it ain’t a man, absolutely stunning, she could cause a true blues revival.
i used yo watch Ms Foley with her three piece combo back in the 80's at Raouls Rodside attraction outside of Portland Maine Damn se Knows how to tickle them guitar strings
You can really feel the influence of all those years spent in Austin Texas playing alongside the like of Jimmy Vaughan,Billy Gibbons,Buddy guy and BB King. Every note is filled with emotions. That telecaster is plugged straight into her heart. Thank you Sue
@Sue Foley I have spent hours jamming along to your videos on my phone with my cij pink paisley Tele plugged into my Pignose/Smokey. It's been such a blast! You're wonderful!
What i like so much is the consequently reduced, pure set up. So great to listen. I used to watch a Sue Video when doing my daily morning routine 😊 so much positive energy!
Nunca tinha visto e nem ouvido esta estrela do blues. Além de tocar muito bem, transmite energia e muita sensualidade com a sua excelente qualidade musical. Parabéns.
I was the only person at the stage, or on the floor.. There might have been 60 people at the show, but they were all seated at tables (or bar) Pittsburgh is known "lame" crowds!
