@@tonypaddler Hi Tony, glad you enjoyed it. Trust me, the sofa was the best place to be. I’ve had some wet and windy days in Scotland but our latest trip to Torridon took the biscuit. ATB, Dave and Mo

Good morning Robert, the way I look at it is, we do a little bit of everything, but none of it very well :) But that doesn't matter though, it's just great to get out and about. Peace and love to you too for the festive season. ATB, Dave
@@robertchappellsnr.5872 I couldn't agree more, Robert. I'm presently debating about upgrading my fat bike. It's got to happen sooner or later, so why not sooner! :)
Hi Jennifer, We had fun in Torridon, despite the weather. The run followed a loop through the low hills and along the coastline of Upper Loch Torridon. Happy Christmas to you too, hope you have a wonderful time. ATB, Dave and Mo
Dave and Mo. I am catching up on your recent videos. Been in and out of the hospital for the past three months. Thanks for this video. Be well, my friends and keep the blue side up
Hi Tony, I’ve been a runner (a very slow runner) pretty much since boyhood. It basically keeps me reasonably fit for the outdoors. Mo started running a few years ago and can smash a 5 or 10km race. Recently, she has been upping the challenge and now regularly hauls me out for a 15km plus jog. We take the bus out into the countryside and run home, cross country, to our village. Running and filming are not really that compatible, so it won’t be a regular feature of the channel :) ATB, Dave
Dave has always run and having done 80+ marathons, he’s got a lot more in the tank than me! I recently started to run a bit more and surprisingly I enjoy it!
@@daveoutdoorsscotland2854 well it's certainly done its' job in keeping you fit. Mo sure does look like she enjoys it too! I keep meaning to take it up for the times that I want to go out but can't be bothered with the faff of getting my bike and kit ready. I've bought the trail running shoes, so not long now, maybe 🙂 Getting the bus out is a great way of ensuring commitment! ATB, Tony.
@@tonypaddler Good morning, Tony. I've always said that the hardest part of running is stepping over the threshold. Once you are out, it feels great to be in the fresh air. Trail shoes are the way to go; just find a route or two that suits your mood and you'll never look back. ATB, Dave
