NGA Chair Utah Governor Spencer Cox joins Yuval Levin, AEI; Tim Shriver, Unite; and Mónica Guzmán, Braver Angels; for a discussion of his 2023-2024 Chair’s Initiative, Disagree Better, Healthy Conflict for Better Policy.
