I appreciate the effort and dedication to detail but it would be really helpful if you could have a wider angle lens so that we could see the overall layout. For example, how is the view from the couch? Etc. Thanks

The wide angle lens distorts the view. It makes it look larger and can show curves in the image that aren’t there. If they could sit in each area with the camera it will give the real view that I think you’re looking for!

Make sure it has a rack and pinion slide mechanism. That makes them bullet proof.

I did a tour of the Northwoods RV building facility they have in La Grande, OR two weeks ago. Very impressive manufacturing plant. Main complaint is that they refuse to put the outside LED light anywhere other than the end of the awning rather than under it at the trailer. You have to fully extend the awning to get any useful light. Small, but stupidly annoying mistake on their part as far as I'm concerned. But definitely a more quality unit than most other RV manufacturers.

I can tell you they do not make decisions lightly, and cost IS a factor because there are so many costs alaready. The LED lights are built into the canopy. If they add another entire system to put the light off the canopy or where you suggest, they would have to convince the canopy mfr to do so. Having said this, if it cost nothing, I can think of many, many things I;d like to see too- light that shoots down under the RV (repels rodents, doesn't glare, gives a sexy look, doesn't make pupils slam shut, more). Also, I'd like to see a monster light LED (since they are pretty cheap) that can be controlled from inside.

I noticed a wooden frame in the front storage compartment. NOT GOOD. Is the rest of the unit wooden frame?

This has a residential size queen bed, NOT an RV size. It is 80 " long, good for tall people.

There is nowhere to put this: If Arctic Fox is same as Desert Fox, there ARE NO COMPUTERS to mess things up, be wanky, be hard to understand (by oldsters) and more. A big, big, selling point is the lack of this complexity. I did NOT say there were no integrated circuits. Also, the Desert Fox has no inverter to cause problems I know of. A slew of typical problems do not exist because the SYSTEMS do not exist. I tip my hat to Northwood. They make complete dry camping and shore power systems- without a computer, without the interface, without the problems and learning curve. BRAVO.

Again, a well designed and quality built unit! It is much too dark, guys. Gorgeous woodwork but way too dark. Valences have fabric that is too dark and too fussy. The theater seats are obviously quality but yet again too dark in a dark unit. There’s no respite. I’m 70 and I grew up with this sort of decor but I’d never choose to live with it now in my home or RV. It’s a damn shame. Your units quality wise are well above 90% of your competitors. I hope you eventually perk up and brighten the decor. Pretty please?

Dark units encourage pupils to open. Dark units do not attract bugs as much. Dark units are the latest style, which matters none to me, but sales numbers count.

You need to have the camera person show the rvs scanned out instead of just you... The way you do it, you really can't get an idea of the poor plan size.Just a thought after watching a couple
