Bro, I walked into my local BMW shop, which is only a 5 minute drive from my house(nearest ducati, Triumph and suzuki is no closer than 1 hour drive...), and they had the bike on the left for sale with carbon wheels and M Seat and Endurance chain(carbon package) and it was $28k ....either bike would be a great bike :)...here is what sold me on BMW and NOT ducati, suzuki or kawasaki. First, there's a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and BMW is a 5 star service and they will fulfill their warranty unlike Triumph that will give you a hard impossible time if something mechanically goes wrong with their Rocket 3R(....lol...lol...). Secondly, and most importantly, let's say you live on the East Coast, like me(northern Virginia) and you go on a touring trip to the Appalachian Mountains and theirs a breakdown, BMW has a 3 year roadside assistance program that will tow your motorcycle, from ANYWHERE in the United States with ZERO deductible; in other words no matter how far the nearest BMW motorcycle dealership is, they will pay for your tow upfront without a penny coming out of your own pocket. The other motorcycle dealerships will charge you after a certain amount of miles that your bike is towed. So, for example, if the nearest Ducati qualified dealership is 200 miles away, Ducati will pay for the first 50 miles or 100 miles but then you have to pay for the rest of the miles for the towing out of your pocket. BMW pays for everything upfront !!! Like I said, 5 Star treatment from BMW...haha
My ducati had unlimited miles for the towing for 3 years. 20k miles later never had a problem except a battery. But when I add another bike to the garage it will more than likely be a bmw.
@@potterportraits BMW has an extra 4 years of warranty(NO 3rd party warranty) that they, themselves, are able to match with the original warranty including everything that the original warranty warranties !!! NO other motorcycle brand or dealership is either able to do that or are doing it...

Well would look at that. Two of the most bestest Superbikes ever built, sitting right next to each other. Now if you could only imagine, throw in an HP4, and new 2023 m1000rr into the mix. Oh man, would be off the rails!
the confusion between thw M and the S was mind boggling, thanks for clearing it out. could you make one for the ducatis? panigale, super leggera and 959 cause they all sem the same to me

Nice video, I have a 2024 and love everything about it except for the tail. I think the tail is a downgrade aesthetically…. Do you know if the 2021 tail can be swapped and placed on the 2024 model? I found an after market selling 2021 style tail on eBay but it’s from China and not specific about the 24’ compatibility
BMW Motorrad macht das alles richtig, ich bin begeistert! Genau weiterreichen und verbessern, was man an den M-Modellen schon hatte - auch wenn man als älterer Herr unter Umständen schon mal meint, es könnte einem schwindelig werden bei so viel Veraenderungstempo nach vorne. Aber auch das ist ja dann nur für den Augenblick. Denn der hier auch technologiegetriebene Fortschritt ist ja real. Und es handelt sich nicht nur um die Veränderung von Farb- oder Formgebung um auch in einem nächsten modellier wieder im Verkauf ankurbeln zu können. Wie gesagt, man ist begeistert, eben weil durch diese Strategie demag gegenüber die ganze Mannschaft innerbetrieblich weiter angespornt bleibt auch morgen an der Spitze der technologischen Entwicklung zu sein, und das nächste neue, sinnvolle Stück Weiterentwicklung zu finden - sehr gut. Wenn man eben auch in manchen Augenblicken mitzittert, wenn die innere Frage auftaucht 'kann es denn auch gelingen, gibt es denn da auch noch was, ist da noch zu finden?' Und natürlich ist es das, und wie üblich bleibt dann der Stelle die Frage 'aber wird der Markt es auch honorieren?' BMW geht hier frontal mutig rein, so muss das sein. BMW Motorrad verdient hier, an diesem Zwischenhalt, die Verleihung einer Weltmeisterkrone von privat: Auch Honda war zu Hondas besten Zeiten langsamer, weniger konsequent, weniger definierend, weniger weltprägend. BMW definiert hier zur Zeit 'als einsame Spitze' den Maßstab neu!
I love this bike and this is my dear bike. S1000rr in Singapore selling USD59k plus how much in your country selling? And only can use for 10yr only after 10yr you need to pay maybe USD7600± for another 10yr to use
@@BT_Moto Wow does it have the same vibe as the old s1000rr 2021-2022? Many say that this comes from the marzocchi table/suspension present on the bike. I was thinking of changing my m carbon 2021, for the new one if it didn't have this vibration, but as you said, it still has this problem. If you find out how to solve it, please let us know, friend.
It depends what you are going to do with either one. I'd take the M package S1000rr over the M because I wouldn't track it. Also 5k is quote a substantial difference between the two
Correct, the couple 2023 Anniversary M1000s that came out are the same as 2022 Ms. It’s a good comparison as the new bike has more in common with an M than a regular 2022 S1000RR. When the 2023 M1K drops the OG M will be obsolete except for the engine upgrades which are useless for street use. I prefer my OG M1K though even though I think the new M will look menacing with its new aero. Still, like my OG.
