The hand-held grid spacing guide is such a goooood idea! I've always seen people do it on actual pages of their journals and I always thought it a little bit silly bcs I thought that you would end up constantly flipping the pages between your guide and the actual page you're doing and end up counting the dots bcs it'd be less of a hassle lmao 😭 But the hand-held guide is great, and the idea of using the first wonky page of the journal is so good! I might use it for my journal too, thank you for the inspiration ❤
ahhh thank you 🤍 I just realised that I didn't explain much about the hand-held guide and you nailed it! I also think it can be used as a "ruler" if I need to start counting from the middle of the page, and I can just align it to wherever I want to start counting and know the number of grids at a glance ☺
