Good video Luke, I'll be interested to see a trail ride review as well. I see a lot of Maverick Sport styling cues, which isn't a bad thing. I love the aluminum wheels, and I wish all manufacturers included a roof, horn, and turn signals. There are more places allowing ATV's and SxS's on roads to get to trails, gas stations etc that make them very handy.
Just bought one absolutely love it , had a cforce 600 for 3 years, wasn't sure about CFMOTO then but now die-hard CFMOTO fan, awesome machine highly recommended
@@Not_Andrew_Hubermanso ur saying they are getting close to the company leading the world in sxs and ATV sales wow that's impressive maybe I need to give this a look
@user-qq4st5yz8e what I was trying to give away was that Polaris quality is good their sells point to this leading atv and sxs sales. An yes I admit they have issues but when u produce more u have a bigger chance of issues but overall machine used for its intended purpose ie trail riding working or leisurely riding Polaris hold up great.. It is only when people buy them dump them in a waist deep mudhole multiple times then complain about quality after the manual straight up says no more than 12 inches of water or mud submersion.. Hell even the most expensive brand canam that's not mud specific iv watched several friends get brand new bikes dunk them and the rear diffs nuke and they blow fuses wires burn up just self destuct after mudding them
I love the turn around with these comments vs the review on the original 800. Makes me glad that CF is finally getting some proper recognition. Keep up the great work.
Honda ,yamaha and polaris better watch out cf moto coming after them super nice Machines a lot less money price is a big thing these days why pay 30's and 40 thousand dollar machine when you can get a cf moto for half the price
Honestly Cfmoto has hit it out of the park with the Gen2 ZForce! Couple notes: The "flasher mode" switch you referred to is actually the reverse over ride. The storage compartment in front of the driver is water proof and has 2 usb ports. The storage compartment in front of the passenger is HUGE During your review of the switches you may have noticed the round cutouts...it's all ready for factory heat once the option is available. The seats are honestly some of the most comfortable stock seats on any SxS right now The interior is stunning in this vehicle. Don't overlook this if you're shopping for a new SxS. Also has an actual warranty. This trail has a 50" stance but if you go to the "sport" it comes with the 950cc, 60" stance, adjustable click shocks, full storage box and the doors have a bit more of a bulge outward to give just a little more shoulder and leg room.
Cf Moto is really coming around. For the price you really can’t beat it as for an entry level sxs or if your just cruising around using it as a basic machine. I currently have a yxz but I’m definitely considering picking a cf up so the kids and wife can buzz around the property on it.
You have the best reviews. It's clear you don't have an agenda and give your real honest opinion on the product. I have a cfmoto and enjoy watching videos but most videos are by fan boys or haters. I like when I see someone who knows what they are talking about, who can actually compare to other brands, letting us all know the truth as you see it
I have a 2018 ZForce 800 trail. Have had no real issues. I really like the looks of mine. I think this is a major improvement cab and body wise. Also the intake moved out from underneath is good. I “snorkeled” mine at the suggestion of a shop and added an external filter box behind the roof. The 2018s would be very cramped for a taller person but it looks like they fixed that. Hopefully the gauges are dimmable in the 2023 because it sucks in the 18. Way too bright at night.
Great to see this video. I am seriously considering this model. Small enough I can either trailer it or haul in the back of my Tundra, small enough to use moose hunting too.
I’d be interested in the 950 sport. I’m a fan of the 60 inchers. These look pretty nice. My buddy has the ATV 2 seater 800 XC. It’s a good machine and nicely appointed.
i bought a cfmoto zforce 800 trail g2 just 2 months ago, last march. and it did NOT come with sideview mirrors. nor did it come with turn signals, license plate holder and horn. So dont know whats going on with that. purchased in Phoenix AZ. 2nd time taking it out on trail the voltage regulator crapped out and left me with a dead battery in the middle of the desert that wouldnt take a jump nor run. But when it ran it was very nice. i added full front windshield, side view mirrors, hitch with spare tire attached, rear view mirror and led poles. putting in a sound system now. the roll bars do make it difficult tho to mount most systems out there because of the shape and bigger than 2 inches. When it starts to cool down here in Phx, around october will take it out again and hopfully will have no issues. CFMOTO is coming out with a dash mounted android screen that will work with various apps. when that hits is anyones guess.
It's interesting. I honestly prefer the looks of my HO EX but it sounds like this body style will not be replacing the HO EX but it is replacing the body on the sport. And the power is increased to 85 I think.
Any information about the accent light above the toggle switches? I’ve seen some posts on a cf MOTO group on Facebook but no real info… was just wondering if you knew anything about it
The wheels aren't terrible but they're directional. Which would be fine if they came right side left side. If it were a Jeep those doors would definitely be half doors. I liked the older model so this one just makes me like them more.
Where are you located? I purchased a 2023 CFMoto ZForce 800 Trail a month ago and it did not come with turn signals , mirrors ot a hith in the receiver.
good video in general, not all the info is accurate though. The switch in the dash is not a headlight flasher it is a by pass for the rev. limiter should you run out of power on a hill for instance. Only the those sold in canada come with mirrors and turn signals. In the usa we have to buy all that extra.
Honestly, really impressed with this machine as far as 50's are concerned. Feels like CFMOTO took a big step forward in the quality department. Hope I'm right 🙏
"there is no parking brake that's really nice to see..." why? who doesn't want a parking brake? They tell you not to park these on a hill in park, not to haul it in park, not to use the winch in park... so do I just put it in neutral and let it roll where ever it wants to go then...?
i actually really like my CF moto machine, BUT i have been having problems with the accessories, there expensive and there supper cheaply made, cf moto does not stand behind them at all either. i bought a storage bag for my atv, a BAG not even a hard box, over 400$ and it leaks water like crazy when its not supposed to i had one on my polaris and it did not leak at all being a soft bag, contacted my dealer, said no answer from cf moto canada, i contacted cf moto canada myself, crickets.... i am lucky and never needed my warranty on the atv itself when i had it so i dont know how they stand behind the actual machine but when it comes to there accessories its not good. and it sucks because no one makes anything for cf moto so you have to buy there stuff sometimes if you want things like storage
@@dirttraxtv I actually just got off the phone with my dealer again and he told me cf moto Canada has only one guy in there parts department right now and that's why it's like that. That's crazy! With how the brand is growing they need way more to offer good service
@@Dreamscythe1 I would bet they'll go on a big hiring spree to support their network. The company seems to be moving aggressively. Let's hope they keep building their work force.
I still can't believe no one's talking about the blatant copy ing of the engine, it looks exactly like rotax engines in Can-Am's. Now the rest of the vehicle is just a copy of a Can-Am. You mentioned it's all new, is the frame new or is it the same? Also you said you had not driven it yet, how did you get it to that location? Did you unload there? You guys always mention the warranty in Canada, what's the warranty in the US?
There's some similarities to other machines, but I think a lot of vehicles borrow styling cues from one another and tip tow around patents. It's like saying pickup trucks all look the same because they're pickup trucks. The key difference for this machine that I'm curious to test out is the rear suspension. The Maverick Trail's is much further back than this and I've always felt it rides a bit rough. Be interesting to see how this shakes out...
I have bad news for you, you probably can’t buy any machine that doesn’t have at least some Chinese parts on it. Probably a good percentage of those parts too. It’s the same in the automotive industry. I work in the body shop of a multi franchise car dealership, and one of the brands they sell is Ford. We had a new F-150 in the shop with carrier damage and there was a sticker in the window with percentages of parts content from what region. Less than 30% US parts, most from Asia. But hey, they put an American flag beside the vents on the dash so you can have patriotic pride in your foreign truck!😂
@@jadosa29 you do realize how American companies profits and your 401k correlates right??? Yes I get that a lot of the parts are made from china and I hate that but at least the profits the companies make go back into the American system. Imagine the profits cf moto makes. The entire machine is built in china and imported around the world. Those profits are turned right back to the CCP. The reason cf moto is so popular in Canada is because the liberal government is in bed with the ccp and the tariffs are low. They are not nearly as popular in the states and here in Ohio I don’t have a dealership within 75 miles of my house. It’s a hard pass for me!
