You don’t need the Z51 package for the extra 5hp. You need the performance exhaust option, under the mechanical options tab. That gets you to 495hp. The Z51 is a great package if you’re going to track the car. Something to consider.

Chevrolet hit a grand slam with the C8, Unfortunately dealers have taken advantage of marking them up,way over list price. Good reviews, I like when the sticker is shown for pricing 👍🏽

What is the deal with all of the transmission problems for the last 4 years? Can't GM and tremec get their act together?

It’s an on going investigation which GM is working to fix but if you buy pre- owned call the dealership to pull the first service was done at 7,500 miles otherwise you might be out of luck with a fix.
