The Florida Institute for Child Welfare's annual Child Welfare Professional of the Year awards recognizes the outstanding contributions of individuals and agencies in the field of child welfare in Florida. Since 2020, the Institute has presented awards across several categories to leaders and innovators in the child welfare workforce for the important, yet often challenging, work they do every day to help children and families thrive.
At the Institute’s symposium on Transformational Leadership, awards were presented across four categories: Leadership, Case Manager Supervisor, Specialist, and Community Leadership. Honorable mentions were also presented within the same categories.
