I am happy I found you! I love your energy ✨ Thank you for sharing your kits! I also realized that I need to choose more kits with pretty colors because it is very easy to get bored of darker or more neutral colors.
Girl, I think 9 is a lot!! I finished 2 and started another. 😮 nothing happens during the week because I’m gone over 12 hours a day. So even though I LOVE diamond painting, I don’t have as much time for it as I’d like. So I live vicariously through you and other wonderful You Tubers for sharing yours! 😂
you're making me cry. I lost my dog of 13 years ago in october and I get waves of remembrance and its so bittersweet. so glad I found your channel loved your completed DPs!
Great kits! You made me tear up about your fur baby. I still have my guy, but I can’t imagine him not here with us. I discovered this hobby in July with Amazon stock photo kits. I did my first licensed painting in October and love it! I enjoy this hobby as a way to pass the time & focus on myself for a few hours a day. I’m struggling with my kids getting older & not needing me as much anymore. It’s hard & makes me sad to see them blossom into the beautiful women they’re becoming. My oldest will be 18 in Feb and off to college in the Fall. I have a little bit of undiagnosed depression about it, but it’s a happy time to celebrate her & her success!
Not me audibly gasping in my office when you poured the tea 😅😅 Love the finishes!!! I can’t wait to see what you do this year, I love the diamond painting content!
I'm so happy you did this video. You encouraged me to purchase my first kit "Beauty in Chaos" which my friend told me oh no that's too big to start with so I bought a small one and then I was obsessed and I still haven't started that Munimade kit. 🤦♀ This year I will for sure. I fell down the DAC rabbit hole and I regret nothing. I love working on their kits.
I love all your first years picks, I’ve been watching them but have so many I purchased since starting this craft in Oct 2023 that I said let me get thru them as much as possible. Thank you for sharing your work. Maybe one day I’ll work on a you tube video. 😀
I LOVE all of your completed kits!!! Just beautiful!!! I’m so glad you are in the diamond painting world! I love your videos! I wrote down all of your top book reads!💖💖Thanks for sharing this!
You are SO kind! Thank you so much for watching and for the sweet encouragement! Also love that you might read one of those books, there's definitely some great ones in that list! 💖
It’s fun to see someone else who is new putting their year in review up too! I just posted mine up if you want to check it out. I just started Diamond painting in October
Ivy Dolamore and Mrs. ButterD are a couple of my favorite artists too! We have like the same diamond Art taste 😂 and I have the same problem where I love the art but I love working on really colorful and bright paintings so I always have a couple paintings going at once!
Love the ones you picked to work on! We have similar styles for sure, hehe. In fact, the only two you showed that I don't have in my stash are the non-DAC ones. XD I also did Artist Room this year and it's soooo happy, I love it! Warm Witch was one of my first completions, and it's been hanging in my house ever since. I have Herbalist's Helper and I need to do that sometime soon to hang up in the same room as Warm Witch - they're such great companion pieces! Same with Witch Bedroom and Artist Room, those will be hung together once I finish Witch Bedroom, hehe.
So nice a selection of canvases and good job on all. Enjoyed your explanations on each and what they meant to you. Thank you for sharing. Peace and love abide with you 💕
If you know you struggle with colors try to do those colors first so that you keep worth the excitement and what you like to finish. If you do the colors you don't like last it can cause burn out
Close! It's when you can bring it into a craft store that offers framing services (like Hobby Lobby or Michaels) and have them professionally press it to a thick piece of foam board. They do use glue, but also heat and pressure! And it's relatively inexpensive -- I had a medium size canvas done for $12 last time!
