I wonder if the producers of these videos realize that we know they are being manipulative by showing images in grayscale, and tweeking the audio of the voice over to make it flatter whenever the competitor vehicle is being shown.
Of course they know this, but these videos are primarily aimed at the more-naïve-than-average person. They also spend much less time describing the features of the competition than the features of their own vehicle.
@@beanapprentice1687 Yes, they spend less time talking about the competition, and when a certain feature is only available on a high trim level of the competition, they spin it like it's a bad thing, but then many features are only available on top trims of Toyotas, but for some reason that's OK! LOL 😂 They also always show photos of the base model of the competition, and show photos of the top trim on the Toyota.

They couldn’t any ways. They are already struggling to make the regular Corolla Cross let alone the hybrid. Too many trims meant more pressure on Toyotas and likely more costs.
@@arhamkhakwani5851 I think Toyota prioritized the 3 "sport" trim levels for the hybrid instead of L, LE, & XLE because they want to appeal to a younger buyer.
Why are you wasting your time comparing these two vehicles? There is no comparison the Corolla cross hybrid beats it in all aspects. Subaru can't produce a good hybrid vehicle. They discontinued it a couple of years ago. Nobody bought it. It's a piece of junk. They should stick to their puppy dog vehicles that's all they're good for.
No thanks I'll take the Tucson AWD Hybrid with all toyotas features and more plus a 10 year warranty 5 years roadside assistance plus a panoramic sunroof, plus looks a hell of a lot better and more power and a turbo engine
