Are you looking for a fun, dependable, and capable motorcycle that can take you on any adventure? Then you need to check out the 2023 Suzuki DR-Z400S, the latest version of the bike that started the modern DualSport movement. In this video, I will show you why the DR-Z400S is the ultimate choice for riders who want to explore both on and off-road.
The DR-Z400S is powered by a 398cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces plenty of torque and power across a wide range of RPMs. The engine is paired with a smooth-shifting five-speed transmission and a reliable electric starter. The bike also features street-legal lighting, an easy-to-read instrument cluster, and a large 2.6-gallon fuel tank.
The DR-Z400S has a narrow and strong chrome-moly frame that provides excellent handling and stability. The suspension is fully adjustable and off-road capable, with a 49mm Showa inverted front fork and a progressive-linkage rear shock. The bike also has black, spoke-style wheels with 21- and 18-inch aluminum rims that can accept rim locks for serious DualSport rubber.
The DR-Z400S comes in two color options: Champion Yellow No. 2 with blue and black graphics, or Solid Black with black, silver, and yellow graphics. Both colors look great on the road, on the trail, or even when parked. The bike also has a comfortable seat height of 37 inches and a curb weight of 317 pounds.
The 2023 Suzuki DR-Z400S is the perfect bike for anyone who wants to have fun on any terrain. It has a base MSRP of $7,099 plus destination charge and freight surcharge. If you are interested in getting one, visit your local Suzuki dealer or go to suzukicycles.com for more information.

DRZ also has Long oil change intervals, while Most dual sports today are recommending every 300-800 miles!....For a dirt bike, I get it.....for a dual sport that could be on Tarmac, anything under 1000 miles is pretty absurd if you plan to actually ride a lot.....mileage racks up fast.

It’s really not too bad at 70-80mph…in gusty winds under about 30mph.

I own this exact 2023 model, except in yellow. It's a 2.6 gallon tank, I'm sure you just mispoke. Pretty sure you're not 6'2". I'm 6'2", with a seat concepts tall seat, and I can still flat foot it, almost... before the tall seat I could. Average MPG is 40mpg, not 65. Jetting and modding the air box will get you closer to 50 or 55mpg. These bikes CANNOT go 94mph, lmfao. Flat out downhill with the wind on your back, you might hit 90. Also, it isn't at all scary to go flat out.

"Hello, I'm writing to you from Spain. It seems that this motorcycle is no longer available in my country. I have a question. Could I use this motorcycle for long journeys of kilometers in one day, we're talking about 1000/1200 Km? In other words, could I use it as a trail bike, or would the low engine displacement not handle such an effort?"

I own one, and it's 2.64 gallon/10 liter tank only gets me about 100 miles per tank (160k). So external fuel tanks would be needed.

Yeah the guy must have read the number wrong on tank size it’s about 2.5 gal not 12.6 obviously he slipped.

I have he 2011 version. It hasn't changed. Tt gets more like 45 mpg. Best I ever got was 55 mpg. It doesn't get 65 mpg. For that get the Honda 300L or something. I can tell you the seat does hurt a bit on the inner ass bone.

Mine is right at 60, just got it brand new. And there actually Have been some small changes to the DRZ over 20 years....I believe it's emissions stuff and small nut and bolt crap....all the major stuff is identical.....but Suzuki has tweaked some small stuff here and there, I've noticed this when buying parts.

Actually there is no such word as" comfortability", you can just say, "the comfort of the seat" and it won't be a tongue twister. Just sayin'
