Hey I just did my F2F interview at the Delta headquarters today. I was also in the p.m. class and we have to wait 7 to 10 days before we hear back. I think people get confused is only the a.m. classes at 6:45 and the 9:30 AM class they find out the same day if they get their CJO or not the p.m. class we have to wait. Because when they called us in zones, we all were escorted out behind each zone no one stayed behind out of the 33 of us, it was more women than dudes it was six of us guys and the rest were women, so I’m just hoping we did not get overshadowed by all those women honestly.
@@mynextlocation thank you I’m just nervous to find out when I’ll find out if I got the job or not and would you say the experience face-to-face throughout everything you guys did do you feel like it was somewhat of a popularity contest between applicants?
Nope, no reassurance at all probably because I was too busy enjoying myself lol. But it will definitely be communicated via email if no one stayed behind
@@mynextlocation right that was reassuring seeing no one stayed behind, only thing I noticed we didn’t do a beverage cart test, I enjoyed them breaking the ice with that email dance. I will keep you updated when I hear back next week. Finally I want to ask you how many people were in your group and how many do you think receive or how many did receive a CJO out of everyone that was there when you got yours on the spot?
Hello @ddoosag3583, I was wondering if you could tell me about your F2F experience. I'm on the virtual job tryout step. So, during the f2f is it constantly a group interview or do the recruiters pull the applicants aside for a one on one? Also how long is the whole process?
I was too! It was tiring but felt the stress after it all because at the moment I was actually enjoying myself 😂. You were yourself! You got it! 👏👏 Have you started flying?😊
@@jammellnelson3066 Wow, that’s fresh! One thing I’ll say is just be patient, everyone’s process is different. Definitely keep your eye on your inbox lol and respond to emails promptly.😊

Congratulations dear 🎉🍾🎊 You’ll do great! Be yourself and enjoy the process!! Look forward to hearing you got your CJO😉. You got this, all the best!❤️❤️
Congratulations to you. I liked your video. You have such a positive vibe. It was so very informative. I just did my video interview and I am hoping to get a F2F.
I received an invite for F2F event ay is scheduled for May 3rd. Delta didn't have anything in April, great another month of sitting and waiting. But hey made it this far so won't complain!
Thank you! Congratulations🎉🍾 as well! You'll do great! Personally, I wanted to know the following: 1. A typical day in the life of a flight attendant 2. During the 1-on-1 I want to know if the interviewer actually genuinely enjoyed working for the airline and why? 3. What the interviewer loved most about being a FA and what was the most unpleasant thing about the job? 4. Additionally, I inquired about career and professional growth opportunities. 5. I intended to ask about pay, schedule, and minimal work hours per month as well but they were addressed. Hope this helps!🙌😉
I am just starting my journey to become a FA. This is a life long dream of mine, but it is hard to get a video interview. Forget the f2f, I am just trying to get past the video part. Any advice?
hey love i’m sooo sorry to keep bothering you, my f2f is in the morning & I was wondering if you know how far the event day was from the airport? thank you babe ! ❤
Hi, about the pay should I ask that during the faq's and mingle because I know you're not supposed to ask during the interview? Thank you and congratulations!!
Honestly FA pay is very public and it will be discussed so you don’t even have to ask😊. Also, here’s a link to a playlist on FA pay👇 ru-vid.com/group/PLDhKHQTEgPLa8AVZvEhCe6MoT1FkNdUsU
😂 Flats are fine! Honestly it’s how you present yourself that matters. It’s better to wear something that make you feel very comfortable. I do not recall seeing anyone in flats but the heels of the booties I wore were very short barely an inch high if not less.
Hello! I was wondering if you could tell me how long the 1 on 1 interview lasts at the face to face, and are the questions difficult? I understand you can't disclose much information on this, I just have my f2f in 6 days and I want to be as prepared as possible as I'm typically kind of nervous when it comes to interviews. However, I think I will do well. Thank you!
Congratulations 🎉🎊🍾! It’s not very long, unfortunately I can’t give an exact time period. But mine was more conversational so it flowed really nice 😊. It wasn’t hard either! You’ll do great!❤️😊
If you get your CJO, when exactly afterwards do you submit your fingerprint, background, and drug screening? Also, when after will you know you will be officially hired after? Thank you! ❤
Hey! Thank you for reaching out! So with the airline that I applied to, the CJO is offered on the spot. Finger printing and drug screening happens same day as well! Background check happens with 48 hours(but could take longer). Your actual hired date is your training date assignment. This is dependent on when your background check gets cleared.
i chose the second available time which was 9am and now im worried about that effecting my CJO, do you know if they based their decision on what time and date people are choosing?
I cannot state whether there is a correlation or not. However, I know airline companies are hiring a lot now and as long you’ve been invited for a face to face, everyone has an equal opportunity towards getting their CJO☺️
Honestly I can’t recall how many and can’t share the questions either☺️(honestly can’t remember lol). I do have a playlist on my channel👉 HOW TO BECOME A FLIGHT ATTENDANT ru-vid.com/group/PLDhKHQTEgPLaecmdEDnTtE9PbqeVdaqW7 that’s very helpful 😉.
Hi, I received an invitation for event day. One of the notes mentions to review the event day guide and I cannot find it anywhere. Did they send you the guide a few days before your hiring event?
Me too!! 4/26. Also wondering about the event guide its definitely not in the emails sent so far. Did you ever find it? Thank you, maybe were on the same day! I picked 6:45 time slot
