Just bought a 23 XLT with every upgrade possible my local dealer had sitting on the lot way too long for 59,000 CAD. I would have liked the Copilot and Leather, but for that price I got the sun roof and upgraded sound system and I couldnt justify paying an extra 10 grand for the 23 lariat they had on the lot.
The XLT has the better instrumentation display with digital version of pure analog gauges!!! The Lariat using bar graphs look stupid, are harder to read and is a step backwards!!!
On a 2023 XLT the black appearance package costs $2500CAD extra. Lariat it only costs $1500CAD extra because some of the features are already included with Lariat.
The reason we chose the Lariat High is because it is the most popular way to spec a Lariat. The Lariat mid is not nearly as popular. There is so much to talk about on both trims so we may have left out some information but the video would have been hours long if we did. We try to give the most useful and relevant info.
Bluecruise do not currently allow for towing but there are other handy features that do work such as Adaptive Cruise and Lane Centering. Both of these features act like bluecruise together but require your hands to still be on the steering wheel to ensure control is maintained the entire time.
Yes it is leather in the Lariat, guy on video needs to do homework. You can literally option this Lariat into a Limited +...I did, and with Auto-4 wheel drive. (4x4).
Lariat and Limited are very different trucks. Lariat is more way versatile in options and what can be chosen whereas Limited is just the best of the best, every option, nicer materials and finishes.
