And GAC is a very underrated Chinese brand. The partnerships w Toyota, Honda, and Mitsubishi are very formidable. Very nice review Kyle! Plus those of the Empow and GN6 👍👍👍
I like the front end of this gs4, although it would have been great if they included the fog lamps. Also, the 6 speed aisin AT makes this car a real value for your money, compared to most Chinese cars with CVTs.
Not gonna lie, I kinda miss it when Kyle also reviews old models. Especially the old Lexus models and from other brands. Hope you could explore more of those!
Ah ok makes sense now. Totally different classes though. The GAC equivalent for the Tiggo 8 and Oka should be almost the GAC GS5, or maybe even the GS8 size wise, so this being more nimble makes sense
saw this car and every other car of brands like MG, Chery, Geely. and we decided to buy this GS4 🙂 kaso sa pasko pa para maka 50% downpayment hehe Nice review!
Hi brother.. i am desperately finding a good car.. do you think i should buy this car? Whats your review about it… is the engine and everything good or the built isnt good? Thanks
GAC has better sales - and very good after sales support. This is my secondary car. Riding comfort is superb, more than adequate power to overtake. Simple yet very refined look, great interior plus great aircon :) Plus solid metal and build compared to Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, which I tested driving 3 times (It has minor issues on shifting from Neutral to reverse - not very responsive). Overall, this is an excellent car, even if it doesn't have 360 camera.
I’m getting my unit tomorrow, exactly the same exterior and interior with the car in this review. Thank you Kyle for being the best content creator on car reviews!
@@markevanlumontad6316 I currently have a GAC GS4 turning 11months, nakakaadik idrive, same as the first day, bang for buck. this is our 3rd car, i think after namin dito, GAC parin pipiliin namin, mahirap na bumalik sa japanese cars na medyo tipid kapag budget meal. So far so good sa GAC, even our cousin has the GS3 emzoom, no issues as well. mas confident lang ako sa GS4 because of the Aisin transmission.
These new Chinese cars are very tempting to buy, they are good-looking and full of modern tech features. I just hope their reliability would be on par with Korean and Japanese cars, though I think they are already catching up fast.
My two cents: If I were to go out with friends/family as my passengers-- GS4. Out of town trips with cargo at the back-- GS4. Even when fetching someone from the airport with luggage. The Coolray is more of a driver's car. It's fast, flashy and tech-filled. Passenger comfort is still premium though, dont get me wrong, but GS4 trumps the Coolray in this area.
@@huzaifkirmani1156 Hi! Not that expert when it comes to technicalities of a car but never had any problems with my ga4. I believe other owners as well did not have any problems when it comes to its engine. Btw we have a group solely for owners and I can vouch that there's no major issue in our units which I belive translates that overall this car is super worth it.
