Just picked up a 2022 r8 in bourbonburst . Very little figuring in probably what was my least favorite finish....but i fell in love with it after playing it. Amazing playing/sounding guitar. I have other les pauls for favorite finishes and tops but the r8 smokes the other ones....such a great instrument...now i actually love the finish. When u come across a great guitar get it if u can...u alwYs regret the ones u wanted and missdd out on
Sweet R8👍They are now the most historically accurate that they've ever been. The Murphy lab ones are even closer because of the checking of the finish. I have an R9 and love it.🤘 zero regrets about getting it.
