2023 Harley Davidson Street glide special review 

Absolutely love the 70s muscle car paint scheme on the 2023 Harleys. Growing up my dad had a Camaro with that yellow, red and black paint. Freaking awesome!

I wanted to see it in person at my local dealership and I think the prospect gold looked better to me. I felt like the yellow on the two tone bike was too pastel like, if it was a brighter yellow like I thought on the website I thought it would be killer but didn’t do it for me in person. That’s just my opinion I’m sure a lot of people love it the way it is.

I actually bought a 2022 roadglide special. Reef blue over vivid black. I personally like colors especially the different ones like the industrial yellow over vivid black. Everyone plays it safe with all black bikes. Im dressing up my roadglide now ,its going to get even more looks when I go put it back up from HD. Can't wait.

Always love the black and orange colors but the black and yellow just awesome looking great motorcycle.

If the 120th anniversary edition Road Glide looks good I am most certainly going to buy one. Keeping my fingers crossed!

That thing is U.G.L.Y. with no alibi. The yellow just looks cheap…would love to see their consumer market research on that one. Keep the content coming brother, we ain’t mad at you, you’re not the designer.

Flat black pipes clash with the gloss black paint and gloss black rocker boxes, engine guard and other parts.

Looks like banana Laffy Taffy. I like the gold better, just me.

Last new Harley I bought was a 2006 street glide and when I was riding it home I said to myself man I’ve made a mistake, I hated that bike I don’t know why I just hated It I sold it in a month, now I can’t get a new hd they have price me out of there range, just too much money for a piss poor machine, I’ll just have to ride my old Harley shovelhead

That seat will not work for a passenger, it's a disgrace. A tourer should come standard with a touring seat comfortable for both rider and passenger. My first ever HD was a 96 Road King, I did a lot of touring on that bike and there was no reason to change the stock seat. The stock seat on the Heratage at that time was the same or even more comfie. The Indian Challenger, for example, puts HD to shame, it has a proper touring seat from the get-go, the tech pack is great, ride modes, central locking, electronic suspension - the list goes on. So far, HD has new colours. Hopefully Harley will show us some improvements and truely new models in a few days time. I heard they are holding back until the 2023 launch on showing us the freewheeler - hopefullt it' not just because it's going to be an all blacked out model - again, that would be in reality just a new colour, even though HD may give it a different name. Fingers crossed we're gunna see some truely new stuff on 1/18.

Nothing changed except a foul lineup of paint. The yellow/black is horrible.

More of the same from harley, no innovation. I've owned harleys for yrs, but they need to step it up, before they lose their customer base.
