You’re a little aggressive trying to unlock the car. Hyundai doesn’t use touch capacitive buttons on the door handles, you just push the button to unlock the door.
The handle does,actually, unlock the car. He was being aggressive but it does work if you do not auto start the car. And if you didn’t use the BlueLink to lock the vehicle.
The impressive part is hooking your phone to it and being able to tell the car to roll all windows down or all windows up. Or passenger window up/down. It does have some great features. It comes short in other areas though. Beautiful vehicle and surprisingly easily maintains with toddler and “greige” interior. Not sure I’d choose it again if I could have a re-do.
While I like unedited videos as much as the next guy, I think sometimes it needs some polish. In this specific scenario I think you really should've learned the car better. One, you need to hit lock first then remote start. It's a safety feature for obvious reasons. Two, the keyless entry on the palisade is a button on the knob, not a touch sensor on the back of the handle. Three, the trunk sensor isn't kick activated like on most vehicles. It's a proximity sensor so if you're holding the fob and stand near the boot for a couple of seconds it starts to beep to let you know it's opening. Just looked super sloppy. Otherwise well done.
Guy had zero idea how the car worked and looked like a 15 year old trying to do their first oil change, sloppy, aggressive, fast, and stupid. Same way he drives.
The review around getting in the car was so accurate! The door unlock feature on the car is slow and the remote start mostly works but it's just not consistent like in other vehicles. Great job showing this! I only learned of this after I bought the vehicle. No other review pointed it out. Great POV review 👌

This Calligraphy is nice, but overpriced at $52K… still can’t fathom the lack of a power adjustable steering wheel and power folding mirrors at over $50K, unacceptable IMO.
Its not really overpriced for everything else it brings. I have a 22 and I don't really find a need in power folding mirrors even in a crowded city. and no power steering wheel adjudgment is not a big deal. Its also faster, Once you start to drive it you love it.
This is the second time that I see a Hyundai presenting poor response to simple commands in your channel, I'm really second guessing the brand after all that...
The auto start doesn’t always work. It’s annoying. The lock is not handle activated if you auto start or if you use their BlueLink app to lock it. The luxury is there but the mechanics of everything are not always great.
@@HeatherLiz_5847 My dad has this car and the auto start always work know why? Cause this guy insead of pressing on the lock button then the remote start button he pressed unlock and not lock. That's why.
