2023 Kia Soul GT-Line (Technology Package) - POV Test Drive 

I just got my 2023 GT yesterday and love it! What I love about it more than anything is it don't have that loud CVT revving noise, even on the highway when you're pushing it. The cabin is quite with little to no road or wind noise. Very smooth ride. Sound system is clear with surround sound acoustics. Radio screen is large and bright. I love it. **CONS**: It don't have wireless Apple carplay which don't make sense because it has wireless charging!

The Kia Soul was the best car I ever owned. I had a 2018 (Full glass panoramic) roof on it. My son rolled it off a small cliff (15-feet). Went over back first, rolled on to the top of the car and then ended up on all four wheels. The car was classified as totaled by the insurance company but in reality, the only issues I had was the number of broken windows (the top panoramic roof was intact). I also had a few dents in the body. The interior of the vehicle was intact and perfect, except for the broken glass from the windows. The vehicle had great visibility and it was a great vehicle overall. It had adequate acceleration and a great all-around electronics package (premium sound) with variable cruise control. I've owned a Porche Macan (fully loaded), Ford Explorer Limited (fully loaded), F-150 Limited Edition (fully loaded), and a convertible Mercedes E-350 Cabriolet (fully loaded). These were all new vehicles and cost $70-$100K new, and I have to say, the Kia Soul is still my favorite car. There is nothing in the Mercedes, the Porche, or any other vehicle you can get that you can't get in the Kia Soul, except the acceleration and a lot less confusion as to how all the electronics work. I'm currently looking to buy another Kia Soul so I'm getting info on what's available for 2023! Eric

I had a 2017 Kia Soul Loved It! I was thinking about buying the Forte GT line. I just test drive yet today.😢 I got the hit a run accident a month ago and my insurance will not pay for the damages. It's too cost effectively so I am giving them my car. They're gonna buy it out for me and I will get a new car and I love Kia's. I don't care what anybody says about him and I want a new kia soul, or Forte! I really want the S5 model but I cannot afford it, not even leasing it!

Love how some of the test drives include hammering the car when it only has less than a few hundred miles on it.

도대체 왜 한국에 페이스리프트 안나오는거지 ? 핸들에 기아마크 바뀌고, 계기판도 바뀌고 다 바뀐거 같은데 ㅜㅜ 그리고 계기판은 약간 현대 느낌이네. 너무 부럽다 걍 ㅜㅜ

Can you please show us the LED LIGHTS FOR THE Stereo I’m interested in how they look and don’t seem to see any videos on that.

thx king, any chance you could take one out in low-light so we could see how the lights and everything look at night? I think the stereo can also pulse light inside at night, right?

You can get the digital Color Green over purple! And you have Climate vents to the rear, under the front seats! I will put 150,000- 200,000 miles on mine! My next set of wheels, if I get the Chance!!!

I test drove the 2021 Soul turbo with DCT, and I would not consider their IVT after that regardless.

Is it the new digital instrument display configurable besides the central portion? The digital tachometer looks so crazy,....

Funny enough I'm actually from the area and have an appointment scheduled to possibly order a Neptune blue kia soul to Planet Kia. The other colors are not quite doin it for me, but I would settle for white or black if I had to.

Definitely went backwards to on design it was not the front that needed a refresh it was the rear

How's the Harmon kardon Stereo System

Not impressed with the ‘23 GT-Line, they took too much away from the Soul. No more turbocharger No more dual clutch transmission No more paddle shift levers No more red/orange accents on exterior ….and more I’m pleased that I had enough sense to buy a new ‘22 Turbo Soul last April..it has so much more “GT” going on..

I have a 2023 Kia GT the only thing I hate more about this car is that God Awful Piano Black trim inside 😒

Well they ruined the "GT" line. No turbo? No point. The new grill is ugly and cheap looking. And 145 hp is anemic.
