Honestly not that much! I weigh over 100kg (😅😅) so the cargo would have to be really heavy to have a noticeable affect on stability. What's more of an issue is the chance of the cargo falling out the bike when it's not secured. You can see me having to hold the tyre in the bike during the semi-final, I was quite lucky it didn't fall over completely and knock the chair out of the bike. You do get a bit of time before racing starts to practise both the track and how to load the cargo so that's usually when I make the decision about whether it's worth trying to secure the load or not.

@@cariadroberts1939 Usually about an hour before racing starts. There's often a bit of a scuffle to see what the cargo will be when the organisers put it out for the event 😅
