Hi , i bought the Q96 E450 and after using it for like 5 hours i couldn’t enter the “keystone” every time i enter it immediately exit i tried to reset it to factory settings many times and the problem is still exist, i can’t control the zoom or anything can you please help me .

The projector will have better clarity when the environment is darker. The projector also needs to rest after use.
