They are! I love that they are more “exact” size for a 1/64 scale town too. The fire trucks that are the same size as Mini Cooper castings don’t look very realistic ha.

Great review as usual! I have the fire truck, tree trimmer, wrecker, lift gate, snack, roll off dumpster, dump, sweeper, vacuum, garbage, excavator and my newest addition(off of ebay 2 weeks ago☺️) the swat trucks. I had to find most of them on ebay as some are a little older. I really like all the features they have as far as the moving parts and that they are more scaled to the cars. I would have to say either the roll off dumpster or the garbage truck w the container are my fav. I can't make up my mind! I always like the odd quirky cars. I would like to see mattel come out w their version of the famous red "little tykes" car or a cinderella pumpkin coach. Hey i said i like the quirky cars🤣😂. I know tomica had the cinderella one through disney in Japan, but the cheapest i could find is like $80 on ebay. Anyway great review as usual! Cant wait to see what hw/mb/mattel come up with for this year. Good luck hunting!🚙🚗🛻🚐🚚🚛

Thanks! I really like the Garbage King XL too - it’s one of the best all around Working Rigs and it has multiple moving parts which is extra nice! I’d love to see a 1/64 scale Cozy Coupe as I feel like that’s long overdue! But sadly Little Tikes isn’t a Mattel brand, so I doubt we’ll see it happen - but we can hope!

Thanks! I appreciate that! I thought I’d do this one a bit different and give som extra info on the line as this is the first unboxing I’ve done on this line in a long time. Hopefully I’ll be able to find the next wave as I’ll do a video on those too!

I have! I found the Ford Police Interceptor sedan and the F-150 so far! They look cool in silver! I also found one of the new Matchbox Target Red series Camaros too!

Matchbox working rigs needs to do a international Fire Department Tanker.

It would be nice to see some new castings this year - a tanker truck would be nice for the fire station and airport Action Drivers playset too.

I was lucky to pick up a loose one of these in the UK, they usually take a lot longer to get over here. I have around 6 of these, the A6 oshkosh is my fav model, next to this great blue western star wrecker.

That wrecker is awesome - I’m am glad they keep rereleasing a lot of the castings in this line as it gives us collectors more chances to pick them up and different color/livery options to choose from.

These, like pretty much everything matchbox, are impossible to find on the shelf by me. I managed to get the street sweeper and the cement truck. They’re great models and pretty much perfectly in scale with the cars.

It does seem like Matchbox product gets less shelf space than Hot Wheels products in general too - which can make finding something only 8 vehicles to a box (like the working rigs) can be extra tough.

@@64Wheels always more hot wheels than matchbox for sure. Today, though, I got a workstar dump truck and the road grader from LAST year’s release at a random Walmart stop. Always nice to stumble across something when you’re not even on the hunt! 😊👍

Out of these, I have the Excavator and the Tow Truck. The Excavator is a top shelf diecast. I don't usually go for the construction vehicles but I have no regrets adding this quality piece to my collection👍 Hate the Tow Truck. The feature works (it moves) BUT IT DOESNT pull/tow a regular Matchbox or Hot wheel car, which is very frustrating. I don't recommend

The tow truck looks great, but I’m with you that it doesn’t work the best…which is odd bc most of the other castings in this line do, and a tow truck is a relatively simple and old concept for a diecast.

@@64Wheels I am much happier with the (recent?) BASIC line Hot Wheels 'Fast-Bed Hauler' flatbed tow-truck. I'm actually blown away by how good that truck is for a $1.25 it's a basic and IT HAS MOVING PARTS and the feature works really good! The Hot Wheels 'Fast-Bed Hauler' Best tow truck award 🏆

Nice! I got a layout of matchbox at home, but it's not that big, only includes the police station, the car wash, and the fuel station. Btw, how big is the garbage truck? I'm getting it and it's arriving Monday. I have a passion on garbage trucks

Nice! The police station is a great set too - I like them all but that one has a ton of parking spots so it fits a lot of cars. The garbage truck isn’t as large as say Greenlight’s true-scale 1/64 truck, but it’s probably 2-2.5 times as big as the mainline garbage trucks and way more realistic.
